This is a “boutique downtown location” & it is perfect for 2 people! 1 Queen bed 1 full bathroom.

Cleanliness is a high priority for this space. Always a thorough cleaning between guests to sanitize everything from tv remote controls to light switches.

PET INFORMATION
***If you bring your pet they are not allowed to sleep in the bed or couch. Please bring a pet bed or blanket with you. If your pet has an accident there will be additional charges to fix the problem aside from the pet fee. Also, please bring their water & food bowls. (Do not use the kitchen bowls) Since so many guests like to travel with their pets. There is a flat rate of $100.00 for the first pet. Additional pets are $50.00. All pets shed... just like people..so there is so much extra cleaning involved.

If you are needing a place to just sleep before a late night flight, this is still considered a reservation.
If you are needing the space for a photo shoot or film for a short time, this is also considered a reservation.

Location is everything!

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The condo was super cute and clean, it had everything we needed & more. Victoria’s attention to the details made everything smooth, plus great recommendations for downtown restaurants! We were able to walk to dinner & check out the night life of Downtown Greensboro without the hassle of driving. We also had fun people watching from the large windows inside the condo! I would definitely would stay here again.

Our Stay

We enjoyed our brief stay. The place was very clean and very nicely decorated. Vicki even left a few surprises. If we ever return to Greensboro, we would rent this same place. I highly recommend this cool place.

A Wilmington NC native, beach lover & international traveler.... So far Switzerland & snorkeling in the blue waters of Cozumel Mexico have been my favorite destinations.

“I welcome all respectful/considerate/quite/neat/tidy/mature travelers “ We love this house & our daughters grew up here... We know you will love it as well.....

This space is an oasis/refuge where guests from all walks of life & any stage of life can feel at home, calm/relaxed & get away from it all even if it’s for a short time. A yoga mat is available & if you would like a fit ball let me know. This space is dedicated to local artisans who display their works whether it be paintings, furniture, shelving, pottery, photography & more.

There may be fresh cut seasonal flowers or vegetables from our organic gardens...
Ask me about a stone Labyrinth in a peaceful healing environment to enjoy (Penns Grove Retreat)
A small lake for fishing, hammock, raised garden beds, chickens & ducks! An A frame chapel made from branches sits atop a stone base surrounded by gorgeous ferns which is lit up at night. Camping also available here.
