ENTIRE Townhouse w/ Rooftop Access - 5 min walk to Downtown
Entire townhouse just outside of downtown Greensboro. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Elm street which has plenty of dining options and activities. Spacious rooms with loft area and rooftop balcony with a view of the city.
We came in town for a family wedding at Mcalister Leftwich house, this was a perfect location, close to everything! Definitely would recommend and come back again!
My family loved the townhouse, my kids especially enjoyed all the flights of stairs. Great location, central to lots of shops and restaurants and the freeway. Kyle was easy to reach. Would definitely stay again!
Townhouse is located just minutes from shops and restaurants in downtown Greensboro. This home is on 4 floors with a roof top. We enjoyed our stay overall. Kyle is a wonderful host and is quick to respond. Thank you Kyle!
Clean, nice bathrooms and kitchen and rooftop patio. Walkable to downtown. Traffic noise at night and early morning with back of unit with two roads intersecting if you are not used to being in town.
Love this townhouse. I travel to Greensboro twice a year for business and I have stayed in this property multiple times. This is my go to place. It's in a perfect location. A 3-5 minute walk to downtown. The property is clean and nicely updated. The rooftop deck is a bonus. Easy parking. Kyle the manager is great and responds to emails and calls right away. Don't think twice just rent it.
Our stay was good, the Host had coffee and a kurig there to use which was nice. It is close to down town, if you wanted you could walk over to ELM street. it has a roof top area that you can relax in and enjoy the view of the city. The only thing that would of been better is if they had a toaster and maybe some more glasses and some detergent to wash dishes. Other than that will stay again when we return for the next concert.
We were in town for weekend events and had a very pleasant stay in this home. The owner was quick to reply, sent all the information needed for check in and check out. We were within walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, etc. A little bit of traffic and party noise but not enough to impact sleep at all. One thing to note is this house is 4 floors. Bedroom/bathroom on level 1, kitchen/living on level 2, bedroom/bathroom on level 3, loft and rooftop patio on level 4. We loved this unique home! Our teen loved having her own space on level 3. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax any time of the day!
The property is located in the Southside neighborhood, a quaint and safe location in Greensboro-walkable to downtown Elm St. and about 10 minutes or less from major venues (Coliseum, Sportsplex, Koury). Pictures in listing are representative of property and the host was very responsive in communication. Bedrooms are on the first and third floor with living and kitchen on the second. Expect lots of steps :) Spacious tiled showers and a really nice stackable washer/dryer unit. The house was clean and airy. Only drawbacks were that the beds were not very comfortable, and we chose to purchase sheets as we were unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the bedding. Household staples were provided adding a welcome touch. Just a few minor details like low remote batteries and a few lightbulbs out. Overall a positive stay for the weekend.
I've stayed in this property many times while I attend HP Market. This property never disappoints. Location is great, roof top deck is a treat, Beds are comfy. Highly recommend if it's available.
I would love to give the property 5-stars, but unfortunately we had a bit of an issue upon arrival. When we got to the unit, unfortunately it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. While it was not trashed or disgusting by any means, there were no sheets, towels, or toilet paper. The previous guests had left their garbage over flowing in the kitchen. After working with the host, we did get our cleaning fee refunded since we ended up cleaning the apartment ourselves and purchasing new sheets for beds, but not how you want to start a vacation. The property location is convenient to downtown which was nice. Things like this arenât always at the fault of the host, but for those who maybe donât have the means to spend the extra money on bedding and cleaning supplies, it would have been a real bummer to not have clean sheets or towels available.
The condo could have been cleaner. Smoke alarm battery sounded at 2am the first night there. It was intermediate "chirping". Notified host at 8am & he saihe would send his cleaning woman over & she arrived around 4pm. WITHOUT a ladder. She attempted to unscrew the smoke alarm but couldn't. She then offered to come back the NEXT DAY with a ladder & we told her that this idea was unacceptable (smoke alarm had been chirping for 15 hours at this point) To her credit, she tried again & was able to yank the alarm from the ceiling.
In previous reviews, it was stated that little things like the battery in the TV remote was low, wall clock didn't work because of no batteries, light in 3rd floor bathroom needs a new light bulb. These things are STILL NOT corrected. Some of the recommendations for bakeries in the area were obsolete. Would not stay here again.
This property was a fantastic experience and a very reasonable price. I had a great time in Greensboro and so did my neice. The property is centrally located and close to everything. Ryan was awesome in letting me know things to do. I highly recommend this unit if you have a short or extended stay in North Carolina :)
