DETAILS: Located in the Cottage District of WaterColor, 22 Viridian Park Drive is a professionally decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage with sleeping accommodations for 9 guests. Notable features of the home include a private golf cart, complimentary bikes, and a private pool! It's also just a short bike ride away from Seaside and the many nature trails, parks, and playgrounds that WaterColor is known for. Guests will have full access to the WaterColor Beach Club that features multiple restaurants and chair service.

Upon entry, the home's first floor has an informal sitting area with a flat-screen TV and 2 guest rooms. The first bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom, while the other also has a king bed and a bathroom that is shared with the hallway.

The home's main level is on the second floor, with an abundance of natural light shining in from the porch. The kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and combined seating for 10 at the breakfast bar and dining table. The living area also has an oversized sectional and chairs surrounding the flat-screen TV for the perfect spot to sit back and relax with your guests. The spacious, covered patio also has a porch swing, outdoor dining table, and beautiful wooded views that allow for complete privacy. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and shared bathroom, and a twin daybed on this floor. The third floor also has a daybed with a twin trundle to allow for extra accommodations.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective Mar 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
