The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, while the dining area seats up to thirteen guests for shared meals and celebrations.

The first floor includes a queen bedroom with a private bath and convenient access to the patio. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony overlooking the pool, and a spa-like bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second king suite and a queen guest room with private baths complete the level.

The third floor provides a cozy loft with a full sleeper sofa and twin sleeper, an ideal hangout for kids or teens.

Step outdoors to enjoy your private pool and spa surrounded by lush greenery. The spacious patio features lounge seating, a natural gas grill, and an outdoor shower for added convenience. Please note: The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit are unavailable for guest use.

Guests may rent a cart exclusively through The Electric Cart Company. Please note that WaterColor allows only one electric cart per home, and rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak seasons.
