This beautifully appointed 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome is the perfect beachy getaway and ideally located right in the heart of the NSB beachside. Enjoy the closest proximity to unique boutique shops, top-rated restaurants and trendy nightlife on world-famous Flagler Avenue just 50 steps from your front door! This home is fully equipped featuring an inviting private string-lit yard with fire pit, an updated stainless-steel kitchen, and a spacious lounging areas throughout!

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of the dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the Fun Coast Rentals Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $500.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.

This property is pet friendly with a Pet Fee of $191.10 USD + Tax. Please make sure that you have disclosed and paid for any pets you intend to bring along prior to your check-in. Penalties apply for undisclosed pets found after check in. Two (2) well-behaved cats or dogs maximum per booking are permitted. Pets are not to be allowed on any furniture in the property and must be cleaned up after throughout guest stay.

MINI GETAWAY FOR SOME OLD FRIENDS

Fantastic, beautiful, clean home in a great location! Loved the side yard especially being as we had my dog with us. We went during bike week so it was just a little noisy in the morning while they revved their engines (no big deal) but after that it was a great quiet place. We just bought a condo in NSB so I’ll be moving here soon. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Perfect for our wedding week!

My husband and I stayed at this property for the week of our wedding. It was the perfect stay! The two bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space for the two of us. Check in and out was very easy, as we were on the go a lot. Having a garage also made a huge difference with needing to load and unload a bunch of things for the wedding. Overall, very wonderful property! I would recommend to everyone!

Great Weekend getaway!

This was a last-minute booking that turned out perfect! The condo was clean and a quick walk to restaurants, shops and beach. We are already looking forward to our next trip.
