The sight of blue waves and the promise of laid-back days will enhance your excitement as you walk in. While the first-floor foyer leads to both the garage and upstairs, it also can be transformed into an additional bedroom with the queen Murphy bed.

As you step into the main living area on the second-floor, you'll immediately feel at home. Grey tile flooring, soothing teal walls, and natural lighting from the sliding glass doors make the living area inviting and bright. Leave unpacking for later and relax from your travels on either the soft pull-out couch or loveseat. In addition to an exclusive glimpse of the ocean, this space has a 65" Smart TV equipped with local broadcast channels, a Blu-Ray DVD player, game console hookup, and streaming services (just bring your own log-ins!).

Regardless your opinion on cooking, you won't be able to help yourself from venturing into the updated kitchen. Light cabinetry, granite countertops, and black/stainless steel appliances transform cooking into an upscale experience. Coffee connoisseurs will be delighted to not only find a drip coffee maker, but also a Keurig and Nespresso for their morning jolt. No matter the recipe, the kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials you need to make a delicious entrée. Family meals can be enjoyed around the dining room table for four or at the breakfast bar for two.

One of The Tiki Townhouse's best features is its amazing outdoor amenities. Guests have access to two separate balconies that encourage relaxing to the sight of palm trees, blue skies, and an ocean horizon. After a day spent on the beach, you'll be more than ready to continue the Florida fun in the private, fenced-in backyard. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy leisurely hours unwinding in the jetted Jacuzzi. In the evenings, you'll love barbequing on the stainless steel grill, playing corn hole with family, and kicking back in the Adirondack chairs. More outdoor amenities are stored in the garage such as beach chairs, bicycles, and even a ping-pong table. The oversized driveway and two car garage provides enough room for an RV, boat, and your cars!

When you're ready for R&R, you'll find rest awaiting in the master suite. The bedroom pampers guests with a private entrance to the ocean view balcony, a soft king bed, a 43" Smart TV, and a pack-and-play for those traveling with young ones. Located en-suite is the master bathroom which accommodates with a walk-in shower and plenty of towels.

Two others in your family will be quick to claim the cheery second bedroom. Similar to the master, the bedroom also has a private entrance to the third-floor balcony. Guests are provided two twin beds, a 32" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a standard bathtub. The townhouse also has a beautifully renovated powder bathroom.

The Tiki Townhouse is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, game station hook-up, Smart TVs, a drip coffee maker, Keurig, Nespresso, Ninja blender, Jacuzzi, gas grill, ping pong table, bikes, an RV hook-up, and more! This getaway is conveniently located across the street from a family-friendly community playground, a 7-11 store for last minute snacks, and a number of restaurants within walking/biking distance (including the best burritos and ice cream on the East Coast!). Dogs under 20lbs are welcome to join your vacation; however, they are not permitted to use the backyard unsupervised as the grass is Astroturf. Pups can be taken out to the side yard.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!
