Recently built and tastefully decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury town home offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your coastal escape! Just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, The Town of Prominence is located between all the best of 30A!


 


Wood-grain tile floors, crown moldings, high-end appliances and fixtures are just a few of the features that will make this home part of your family's go-to vacation spot year after year! The comfortable living room offers new, plush furnishings overlooking an outdoor patio. While the gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel GE appliances, Moen fixtures, and European style cabinetry.


 


Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. An oak staircase leads to the second floor with three bedrooms. Adjacent to one another are the two smaller bedrooms that features a full over full bunk bed and the other a king-size bed. These bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities. All bedrooms hold personal televisions, no fighting over T.V. time on this vacation!


 


'Tequila Mockingbird', with it's easy access to Prominence amenities, it's close proximity to the pool (right down the road!) and 'The Hub,' and it's luxury finishes, is sure to become your favorite vacation spot!


 


30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal), bikes, or rent a golf cart from a local vendor and have it delivered right to your doorstep! For a list of recommended vendors, please do not hesitate to give us a call. Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:


 


Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.


 


Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.


 


Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence.


 

Community Pool:

Great place to stay!
This house was perfect for our group! Loved the location and the house was so pretty! Wish we could of stayed longer!

5 cameras made us uncomfortable.
Are location was changed last minute due to the Golf Cart not running. The condo had 5 cameras with door cam. I get you need security but this was to much for us. One cam on the porch could see in the kids room if the blinds are open. Very uncomfortable stay to say the least. We will not be back. The cart was also backfiring very bad and had 1/4 tank of fuel. We drove it once after filling it up and left it alone. It backfire in in downtown and scared everyone, so embarrassing to everyone. We have stayed at this location area many different times over the years never feeling uncomfortable. Book somewhere else.

Our family had a great time at Tequila Mockingbird. Very clean, great location and loved that it already had beach chairs and tent. Our boys loved riding bikes and cruising over to The Big Chill on the golf cart. Can’t wait to go back!

Good time
The location was ok. Would have rather stayed on the beach. The big chill food wasn’t very good but convenient. Think of a big outdoor are that’s crowded with cafeteria food. The property was nice but lacked an iron and with it has blinds on the doors on the first floor if using the pull out couch the sun is up early with no window coverings on the patio doors make an early morning.
