This 3-bedroom waterfront beach entrance home features a private pier, heated, screened-in pool and jacuzzi tub spa with southern exposure. This luxury vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island. Families can decide between enjoying the nearby beach, private dock, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, or newly renovated lakeside park minutes away.

As you step into this upscale waterfront home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the bay as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel high-end appliances.

Bask in the sun when you head out onto the luxurious screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated pool and/or jacuzzi tub spa. The pool is electrically heated always 85 degrees. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs. Outdoor living at its best!

After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The master has a king bed, second also a King and twin bunk beds, third bedroom a King and two twins. The plush new loft couch is a sleeper sofa with a super-comfy memory foam mattress. The living room couch is also a queen sleeper sofa. This spacious beach entrance home sleeps 12 comfortably in beds.

Enjoy your favorite program on any one of four flat-screen cable TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool toys, etc. are also included. Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer.

Your family can tour the island on the three provided “Beach Cruiser” bicycles parked in the garage awaiting your adventure.

Bike rental is a breeze. Simply call the number we provide in your check-in instructions and bicycles of your choice will be delivered to the home. Enjoy!

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
