Emplacement parfait ... Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin ... à quelques pas de l'accès à la plage publique et du JW Marriott. Trois chambres uniques chacune avec salle de bain privée. La chambre principale a un lit king Cal, la chambre a 2 lits queen - un matelas hybride en peluche, un tempurpedic et le loft a 2 lits jumeaux convertibles pouvant être utilisés séparément ou réunis pour un lit king size (voir photos).
Décor côtier, immense porche. Nourrissez les poissons tropicaux dans le réservoir d'eau salée. Détendez-vous sur le spacieux porche arrière, puis plongez dans la piscine chauffée enveloppante.
Grande cuisine, salon et salle de lavage offrent toutes les commodités. Moins de 1/8 mile de l'accès à la plage publique, 1/2 mile aux magasins, restaurants, cinéma, Hilton Hotels. We couldn’t be happier . The location and house was perfect for my family. The owner even had a pack&play, toys and books for the kids. We only wished we could have had a longer vacation to enjoy the house. We fell in love with Marco Island and would highly recommend staying at this property. Excellent family gateway!

Our family of 7 stayed at this beautiful home for the 4th of July celebration. The house is very charming, centrally located and is fully equipped with everything and anything you may need during your stay, including bicycles, beach chairs, beach wagon, towels, etc. Becky, the manager, was amazing, very accommodating and kept on checking on us during our stay. She also gave us great tips about things to do in Marco Island and nice restaurants to visit. The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach, walking, and this entrance of the beach is more secluded, so the beach does not feel crowded at any time. We had a fantastic long weekend at this house and plan to come back. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay in Marco Island.

The property was clean with a lot of amenities. Very well located, close to the beach and the main routes. No need to go out for anything. House has everything to do. Great pool. I would prefer more space in the back yard to gather the whole family. The grill needs an upgrade. Thanks. We enjoyed. House has a lot of space. My kids loved the fish tank and the piano.

We stayed here for a business conference at the JW. Very accommodating for three coworkers. The house was as described and the host, Becky, was very accommodating and helpful !Highly recommend !

Perfect Getaway!

First x to Marco Island. We loved the beach, restaurants & relaxing at the house! Enjoyed the convenient location & the house had everything we needed. The 6 of us enjoyed our trip! Becky was very easy to work with, prompt when we had any questions, and made our stay more pleasant.

Great Stay at Island's Best!

Our 3-generation family of 9 (including a 3 yr old, 2 yr old, & 7mo.) were very happy with this well-stocked, well-situated home! Pack and Plays (with sheets!), high chairs, toys, pool & beach supplies came in very handy. The screened in pool was perfect (temp, cleanliness, floats, deck furniture) & its location right outside the generously-sized screened in porch was very handy. The porch had lots of comfy seating for morning coffee and lovely string lights for evening cocktails. The kitchen had everything we could think of, including plenty of paper towels and dishwasher pods, and if we could not find something, a text to the Host generated a quick reply with the answer. Same for the bathrooms: well stocked with towels, toiletries, t.p. ..and great water pressure in the shower! A/C worked well, extra frig in garage was handy, and the wide array of beach equipment was MUCH appreciated for many trips to the beach...which was an easy, quick walk from the home. Would highly recommend! The Host was friendly, helpful, easy to deal with, & very quick to respond.

The location is great with a very short walk to the beach and ll the top restaurants. The home was clean, well stocked with all the basics and has a terrific pool. Becky is a terrific host and nothing could have gone better.

Amazing stay

Highly recommend! Becky was very attentive, friendly and always just a text away if we ever needed anything. The house is just like 5 min walk to the beach, it had everything you could possibly need to make you feel comfortable and at home. We did not have the best weather while we were there but we still had a great time. We hope to be back soon!.

Great overall experience

Of course location to Marco Beach (5 min walk) was excellent. Becky had chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and transport carts which made getting the beach a breeze. BBQ and tools easily on site for family night in. Pool was comfortably nice to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for all 6 of us. Becky was a quick text away and very responsive. Would recommend staying here again in the future!!

Marco Island Stay

During our stay at Marco we had great relaxing time. The location is excellent . Its is short walk to the beach. The property a has large covered pool and the house is well equipped with everything, including every cooking gadget, multiple bicycles, to lots of beach carry-ons. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very helpful with local guidance

We had an amazing time! We were a 5 minute walk from the beachand if you've ever been to Marco Island you would appreciate it because they really don't have parking around the beach area. This was the best part. Home was stocked with everything you needed to enjoy the beach and family time. Plenty of games to enjoy with the family at night. The pooll area was great and the back patio area was nice. Kitchen has everything. i am picky about washing and keeping things clean and they have a great washer and dryer. Host is very accommodating! Definitely will return. Marco Island is truly a gem!

Wisconsin spring breakers

We usually travel to the panhandle for spring break and this was our first trip to Marco. We have a bigger family so vrbos work better for family time then a hotel room. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our daily walks and runs. The house was clean and our host was very accommodating and attentive. The pool and porch were great for days that we didn’t want to stay at the beach all day and outdoor grill worked well. We hope to return to Marco and this vacation home

I am a realtor with designations as a Marco Island Specialist and Resort and Second Property Specialist on Marco Island. I originally lived on Marco Island as a child in the early 1980's. My family moved from Marco to Ft. Lauderdale in 1983 and I grew up there, raised my family there and finally, in 2013 had the good fortune to return to my childhood home on Marco Island. This is a magical place - it was wonderful to be a kid here and even more wonderful to enjoy this slice of paradise as an adult. I volunteer at the Museum, at the cat shelter, at the Art Center and for 2 women's clubs on the Island. I also served as an elected official on the city council. My job as a realtor allows me to share my love of the island with folks who have decided to invest in my favorite place on earth and in most cases, my clients become my great friends and neighbors!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This unique island style of this home is vastly different from most houses on Marco that can look more "suburban" than "island." I fell in love with its charm, metal roof, huge porches, screened, heated pool and open floorplan. I've decorated it with comfort and relaxation in mind. I have a 60 gallon saltwater fish tank that I could sit and watch for hours. Guests enjoy feeding my colorful tame creatures!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This house has lots of little interesting features. The third bedroom is a loft at the top of a spiral staircase. Two convertible couches make a fun sitting area, then change into two twin beds in addition to a super comfy king bed. A projector turns the loft into a fun theater room too! Each bathroom has a shower as well as a bidet on each toilet. The yard is landscaped with drought resistant succulents and Florida-friendly plants and has no grass, but loose Chatahoochee stone. So close to the beach, but no sand in the house! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to be sure everyone leaves the grit outside. Guests always remark that "it's even better than the photos!"
