Use the free WiFi to download a good workout playlist then head to the shared fitness center or take an invigorating dip in the pool. You'll love watching a DVD movie on the flatscreen TV with a bag of hot buttered microwave popcorn. The kitchenette is ideal for quick and effortless snacks on the go. Enjoy après-ski meals downtown whenever you need a break from the mountain.

Here for the summer? Dillon Reservoir, 12 miles away, offers motorized and non-motorized boating, cycling, running, walking, and other hot-weather activities to enjoy. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
