Amazing Location and Lovely Stay

This condo was an incredible location - close to the center of town, ski rentals right next door, and a ski run bringing you directly across the street! The apartment was also a good size and gave us a good place to rest throughout the day.

Perfect location

Perfect location to walk to all the downtown Breckinridge things. Everything was super clean! Beds were a little uncomfortable and there were three flights of stairs to get to the apartment but these are all minor issues....we had a great time!!!!!

Perfectly located, clean and comfy

Property was in the best location, and perfectly clean, comfortable and everything I needed. However the terrible lack of communication from the management company was the only disappointment: I had to chase constantly for arrival info, address and checkin details which I only received after my allowed checkin time, which was extremely stressful to someone travelling 32 hours to get there.

2025 Ski Trip

Amazing Location :) Shuttles are literally outside the building and run every 20 min to the lifts, and the 4-o'clock run goes right to the building. Downtown is simply the other side of the block so we didn't need to move our car once while we were there. Very clean and QUITE which was a big plus. We would stay again.

Amazing location!

The best part of this condo was the close proximity to Main Street, peak 9, and the gondolas to peak 7 & 8. Main Street was literally right behind the condo and peak 9 and the gondolas were within a 10 minute walk. If you don’t like walking the free bus stop was just across the street. The condo itself was cozy and perfect for my family of 3. Any question or concern we had was promptly handled by the owner. I would definitely stay here again!

This five-star review is all because Summit Mountain Rentals (SMR) took wonderful care of us when our original unit developed a plumbing problem.Long story short: at 1:20pm we reported the issue. At 3:42pm we were moving into a new, larger & nicer unit. (I checked time stamps on our texts.)Everything else was great, too. The original unit met expectations set by the listing. Check-in was well communicated and smooth. No surprise fees or rules. Both units were clean and had all the dishes, glasses, and cookware we expected. Check out was easy. All 5-star worthy.But the thing that's making me enthusiastic about writing this review is the customer-for-life type service I got when something unexpected happened. I really appreciate Sara at SMR for being on top of everything from start to finish.And I'll trust Summit Mountain Rentals with my future business.
