Excellent emplacement pour la navigation de plaisance avec un accès facile à l’Atlantique et à 100 'de descente des docks Home propose une piscine privée optionnelle avec chauffage, terrasse spacieuse, tiki-hutte et cour arrière clôturée. Great stay for a family vacation

We stayed here for a week and loved it! Great location, had our boat in the water, close to restaurants and best of all a chilled pool!

Looks much better in pictures

Neighborhood is decent but not great. We have rented down here for 25 years and this is in the worst 3. The best thing about the house was it had two refrigerators. It took us several minutes to get into the property because the key had to be jiggled until it is in just right and the door with the exact amount of pressure to open. You can’t tell me that the cleaning crew, maintenance, etc didn’t notice that. We had issues with the pool Tuesday, called the office and spoke with a very rude lady who told me she would let the lady know and then never heard another word. The pool people finally came Thursday so two days of a dirty pool that didn’t filter. The A/C unit for the house can only cool the living room part of the house so the bedrooms have very loud window units that we had to turn off at night to sleep. Thankfully we had friends that rented where we used to and we could spend our days there, prime example of you get what you pay for.

Family with Teens on Spring Break

We came for a family Spring Break trip. Wanted a place on the water so we could rent a boat and the pool was an added bonus. We used it every day. The property was clean and well stocked. The area was quiet and close to everything in and around Marathon. We would definitely recommend this property.

The perfect vacation house in a perfect spot in the Keys!

We loved this house! Of all the VRBOs we've stayed in over the years, this was the best furnished and supplied house we've ever rented. (We especially loved having dinner out under the Tiki hut next to the pool!) The beds and couches were all very comfortable, and we had everything we could ever need - all of the standard amenities in a house, plus cooking supplies, fishing poles, kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets, pool toys, etc. The list just went on and on, and we literally couldn't come up with anything else we could need. And the house was SPOTLESS, it's obviously well cared for. The location is also wonderful. Marathon Key offers easy access to all the Keys from Key West to Key Biscayne and everything in between. Additionally, this house is a couple of blocks off Highway 1, so you don't hear any traffic noise. Plus it's right near the end of the canal, perfect for launching kayaks or watching manatees. We will definitely rent this house again when we're in the Keys!

Escaping the cold

Very comfortable home. Laying by the pool was the best! Beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. We love to cook. Property manager was super nice and made everything run smoothly. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely perfect

From the beginning of finding this listing and seeing it was available, to the end and ease of checkout, this vacation went off without a hitch! The property is exactly as advertised! The channel is great, and the saltwater pool is absolutely fantastic. Marathon is perfectly situated in the middle of the Keys to get where you need to go, be it Key West or Key Largo. The beds are super comfortable, plenty of room all around the property. Indoors and out, it’s pretty alright! The house has a great island theme, and all the cookware and table service you could possibly need. The washer and dryer on the property are super handy since you’re going to burn through towels with all the swimming and water fun! We really loved this property and look forward to renting it again on our next trip! The outdoor living area was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner under the tiki hut. Another fun perk for us were the 5 iguanas that shared the outdoor space with us! They were fun and very entertaining!

Marathon 2021

This is our annual keys trip. The property was ok. Plenty of room for our family. Well equipped with everything you could need. The kayaks and paddle board were a plus. However the cleaning is a bit lacking. The tub caulking was all moldy the master bath was also moldy. The front of the home was covered with some sort of bugs. The dryer doesn’t dry very well. We came in to a very dirty grill and when we discovered the propane was empty it took 2 days for the property manager to get it over to us. We were told we could go pick one up locally but I don’t think that she handled the situation very professionally. I had to call several time til the situation was resolved. We received a package for the owner when I left a message I never received a response back. For the management fees and cleaning fee I expected a little more. Over all we had a great time. Loved the area and most neighbors were friendly.

Perfect Location

This house was a true fit for our family! Nice quit neighborhood. Boat ramp near buy for our 28 ft. Pro Cat.Canal a little snug in the canal. Sombrero light house about 5 miles out, great to snorkel. Also the Coffin patch 5 miles out. Fished the weed lines with success! Claws Blanco MM 35 was a great spot for lunch. Robbies in Islamorada is a must also.

Great Get away in Marathon, Florida

In summary, I wish I could purchases this property. It was in a great location to basically everything you could need or want in the keys. We had a short awesome view drive to Key West. We rented a boat for 4 days and this house location made using it a breeze. Thank you.

Nice place!

Very nice house. Very spacious even though it appears small in some of the pictures. The only downside was an issue with the TV not working properly and a few plumbing repairs that were needed. These were reported to the property manager and will hopefully be addressed. The pool is very nice and the location is great. Perfect for quick access to Atlantic side. Great for 2 couples with a few kids each.

Great home to relax

Easy check-in process and spacious, open layout home with a lot of outdoor space. The pool is great for the heat of the day and easy access to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood but close the area amenities.

Very quiet cul de sac

We were 2 families of 8 and we had plenty of room. We loved the out door area. The pool, the canal, tiki hut etc. The street was very quiet and safe. Thank you!

Clean property, easy access to ocean, heated pool!

Property is well described on website and did not disappoint. Great location for ocean access, pet friendly a big plus, as was a heated pool. Only nitpick would be it needs microwave safe dishes, but Keurig coffee dispenser more than made up for it! Thanks for letting us stay.

Relaxing Vacation

This is an excellent property in which to enjoy the beauty of the keys. Clean home, fully stocked kitchen and a lovely outdoor space and plenty of room inside the house. We were treated to a visit by a manatee during our stay, it was amazing. We will be returning.

Perfect House! Perfect Location! Beautiful Pool!

This house is the perfect getaway for any family! We loved how open and bright it was in every room and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed kayaking, paddling boarding and how close it was to the Atlantic Ocean. The was Pool was very clean and larger than your average Keys pool. We enjoyed hanging out under the Tiki every night. The owner didn't miss a thing, I can honestly say. My husband of course was very happy about the large 100 ft. dock and the extra parking but I still think my favorite part is relaxing by the pool while he was grilling dinner. I would highly recommend this vacation home and Victoria the property manager to anyone . Oh and I almost forgot we arrived to a beautiful welcome basket full of goodies!
