Welcome to Marathon the heart of the Florida Keys! Here in Marathon we have several restaurants within minutes, Sombrero beach just 15 minutes away, and keys west in under an hour. This home features its own private pool and spa with privacy, dockage with instant gulf access with plenty of parking for trailers and vehicles. Each Bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Saturday to Saturday bookings except May and October, only 8 guest max

7 night min only pool heat is an additional charge.

Chartered fishing trips, snorkeling trips, kayak, boat and Golf Cart available for rent upon request. We have established relationships with the local captains and rental companies to facilitate the rentals so that they are schedule and or delivered to the house prior to your arrival.

This place was awesome. Fishing from the dock was my favorite. Quiet neighborhood, me and my wife had our four kids and son n law with us. Pool was good. Owner was very responsive. When we go back to the keys we will look here first.

This place met all our expectations. The view was wonderful. Proximity to things we wanted to do was great. The pool was amazing as was the screened porch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Frank was attentive to any inquries. Definitely recommend!

The house was great, the views are amazing. Great fish off the dock. There is a reef 1 mile off shore the we fished on windy days . Caught all kinds of different fish. Shark, snappers, permit ,blow fish .

We had a great week at this property and ultimately gave it 5 stars because it delivered exactly what we needed: an unbeatable location, beautiful water views, and a convenient home base for exploring the Keys.The biggest strengths are definitely the setting and location. The views are fantastic, and Grassy Key was a great central location for day trips both north and south. We spent most of our time out exploring, on the water, or enjoying the area, so having an affordable waterfront place to return to each evening worked well for our family.As fellow vacation rental hosts, I do think it’s important to set realistic expectations. This is not a luxury property or what many travelers would consider a “5-star experience” home. The house itself is quite basic and could benefit from some updates and repairs. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and amenities were minimal compared to many vacation rentals we have stayed in. If you’re looking for a highly appointed property with premium furnishings, extra touches, and resort-style comforts, this may not be the best fit.That said, if your priorities are location, views, affordability, and having a simple place to sleep between adventures, this property offers good value. It worked well for our family because we were rarely inside, and the waterfront setting was the real highlight of the stay.

The view this house has is absolutely stunning! I could stare at the water for hours. All the different blues and greens.The house could use a little TLC but honestly I'm there to enjoy the gorgeous water. The pool needs some painting but nothing that hinders your experience.The house is large and roomy!The beds are extremely comfortable and so is the couch in the living room after a busy days in the Keys ,that's a plus! I walk every morning and the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful.Honestly we had a wonderful time and can't say enough about the View!We sat at the dock every night for sunsets and saw dolphins, sharks, manatees, lots of fish and turtles. Absolutely breathtakingWe had a blast! Blessed to have a beautiful week of weather as well!Frank is very communicative and friendly All in all a great experience

Great place to stay!

The property supported our needs to a “T”! We travel to the Keys annually and need a place that is on the water, has a dock, a pool, is clean, and has the necessary amenities. This place had all of that and had lots of wildlife in and out of the water. We will stay here again if available on our next visit to the Keys.

A wonderful vacation rental. The house was very clean on arrival. Kitchen was fully equipped. The dock was a dream for taking the boat out everyday. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is ideal in a vacation rental. I would recommend and we will most likely try to book again next year.

The location is fantastic. The house leaves something to be desired. Cracked and loose floor tiles, missing shower tile, heat listed on amenities but not in place (though space heaters were ultimately provided when requested). Kayak/canoe listed in amenities, but were not on property until asked for. The property maintenance staff member, Yoan, was excellent and helped us in many ways. I can't say enough about him, he is great. I could go on with other issues but let me say, location is ideal. My group is low maintenance and we had a great, great time. However, do not expect to arrive at a property in good shape.

Great location.There were a few things broken in the house when we got there. No big deal. We let them know.My main problem was that the hot tub isn't actually a hot tub, although lusted in the amenities as a hot tub. There are no jets and when I asked were the control for it was I was told it was listed as a spa, which is bunk.

We loved our stay! The home was huge and very clean with all the amenities needed! We loved the pool, dock, ice cold A/C and were able to cook breakfast and dinner! Close to everything and lots of room for parking our 2 big trucks and boat!

Marathon vacation

Nice property that checked all the boxes for 3 couples. Each bedroom has its on bathroom and there’s plenty of space inside and out, We rented a boat during our stay so having the dock was a plus. The property is in a great location and the sunsets are spectacular!

Everything as listed. Very clean. Perfect location. Dock and pool was fantastic. It was like an aquarium around the dock. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and showers were strong. Kitchen was well supplied. Living room was very comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next trip to paradise.
