The studio boasts a spacious interior that revolves around your comfort. The highlight is a luxurious king-sized bed, inviting you to unwind and indulge in a restful night's sleep. For those moments when you prefer a quiet night in, our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up quick and delicious meals that you can enjoy on the dining table.

The bathroom offers a spotless and modern sanctuary where you can freshen up and revitalize. Soft towels and essential amenities are provided, ensuring your convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

Please be aware that this apartment is situated on the fourth floor, accessible only via a staircase with numerous steps, a narrow design, and low headroom. Unfortunately, there is no elevator available.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Kindly refrain from flushing wipes and sanitary products in the toilet

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £250 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
