About 15 km south of Syracuse is the seaside resort and at the same time holiday home settlement of the Syracuse province called Fontane Bianche. Almost all holiday houses located here are used by locals almost only during the summer season. Fontane Bianche alternates sandy beaches with picturesque rocky coastlines at the foot of the cliff path walk and can be considered one of the most popular and finest beach resorts of the area of Syracuse. The beach resort guarantees a regular bus connection with Syracuse every 90 minutes.
Distances from Villa Acqua Di Mare: simple shopping within about 2,5 km, Bar ca.500 m, Restaurant and Pizzeria ca.600 m, bus stop ca.1km, telephone box ca.500 m, newspaper kiosk ca. 3,3 km (summer time only). A mall (open from Monday to Sunday) and Lidl are in Avola and Syracuse.

This independent and charming villa for six people is located on the seafront with private access to the rocky coast. The rocky coast is easily accessible and the sea can be reached immediately after crossing the garden gate.
As already mentioned, the villa is located directly on the sea and in the design of the outdoor area and the outdoor living space, this aspect has been amphasized at every point in order to fully enjoy the sea and the unique location of the house.
The veranda, about 15 meters above sea level, is not only the place where you want to have breakfast and dinner or relax on the loungers or rather just forget on the sofa, it is the place where you always want to be. In front of you only blue sky, azure sea and sunshine.
From the terrace a small path leads down to the lawn to the garden gate with private access to the rocky shore. Here you can finally feel and touch what was previously only admired and go into the blue (rubber shoes are recommended).

When you return home from the sea before the short walk home, a small shower corner awaits you after the garden gate, surrounded by hand-laid stone walls and covered with palm trees, where you can rinse off quickly the sea salt.
A garden of around 1.400 square meters with Mediterranean plants surrounds the property and the house and inevitably conveys the feeling that you have finally arrived in the South.
Parking for up to three cars in the fully fenced interior of the property. A rental car is necessary for the duration of your stay.
Villa Acqua di Mare

This villa is an antique family house which has been owned by a Sicilian family for two generations. Accordingly, the villa with a floor space of 210 sqm has been elegantly, tastefully and spaciously furnished for six people.
Fifteen steps lead up from the park area to a living room on the ground floor which, thanks to the large glass windows and glass doors, not only floods the room with Mediterranean blue-gold light, but above all has an impressive view of the sea lying open in front of you.

The atmosphere of this room is further enhanced by the presence of a open fireplace and promises cozy moments. Here is a reading corner, a TV corner with flat screen, upholstered furniture and a dining area. A music station, WiFi and Alexa are available.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, of course with a sea view and a kitchenette. This is fully equipped with all conveniences and offers everything necessary to meet all needs with five gas cookers and another electric stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available.
Via the kitchen you reach a small outdoor kitchen of about 24 square meters with a dining area, a small portable hotplate with two gas cookers, a barbecue area and a sink. This gives you the opportunity to cook in all conveniences "outdoors" and still be able to reach all cooking utensils

conveniently via the kitchen without any major detours.
Six people can be accommodated in three separate bedrooms. These are laid out in a semicircle, the centerpiece of which is a small garden corner with Mediterranean plants. Through the glass doors of the garden corner, natural light enters the hallway which gives access to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms of the house. Each bedroom is lovingly furnished with details and each has a double bed and air conditioning for hot and cold air.
The two bathrooms of the house each have a bathtub with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Definitely a little thing, but not to be neglected is the functional laundry room of the house. Here guests will find a washing machine, iron, ironing board, ironing board and sink, as well as hanging space inside the room in the rare event of rain. A portable cot and a high chair are available and included in the rental price.
