With picture window views this is the perfect spot to welcome you home, sit down and take off those muddy boots after hiking in the mountains. There’s also plenty of space to stow your sports equipment, surfboards or a pram.

Living room
This sitting room is cosy, homely and welcoming. The warm wood floors give the room a natural and comforting feel, and the full bookshelves are perfect for whiling away a rainy day. Two windows offer stunning views of the bay, and the feature walls create a sense of warmth and character. The room is completed with a comfortable couch, rug, plants and a TV for entertainment. On one of the walls is a gallery of artworks by local artists, adding a personal touch to the room. With its inviting atmosphere, this sitting room is an ideal spot for relaxation and conversation.


Living and Kitchen area
This open plan kitchen and living room is the perfect space for entertaining and family time. The beautiful view from the front of the house is framed by the comfortable couches and matching chairs. A six-seater round dining table is perfect for larger family meals. A breakfast bar provides a great spot for morning coffee and informal meals. From the living room, you can access the sunroom with its cathedral window and couches. Here you can relax and take in the views. The kitchen is bright and vibrant with blue walls and wooden cabinetry. It has a country cottage feel, with a coffee maker and all the equipment you need to prepare meals. There is a gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, double oven and American Style fridge freezer with a wine rack. The utility room off the kitchen has a washer and dryer, and there is access to the back garden. Bedrooms

The first bedroom opens off the living room and would be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, to avoid the stairs. This bedroom features wooden floors, a comfy double bed, a plush couch, and high-quality furniture and design. It is a perfect place to relax, unwind, and get some rest. The wooden floors give the room a warm and inviting feel, while the bed and couch provide a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the first with a king size bed, stunning views and an optional small child’s bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with corner shower. Another double bedroom has mountain and sea views and elegant antique furniture, with some extra storage in the eaves for stowing suitcases. The final room is a twin room, sweetly decorated for children.

The downstairs bathroom has a stunning feature bath, perfect for a luxury relaxing soak, as well as WC and sink.
There is a shower room upstairs and an en suite in the master bedroom.

Outdoor Space
The house is surrounded by a mature garden, with a pathway winding around the property, and a delightful stone feature porch, with a rosemary bush right beside it, perfect for grabbing fresh herbs to roast your potatoes or pop in your sundowner GandT. There is a patio area for outdoor dining and entertaining, as well as plenty of garden to explore and play – and even a small stone dolmen.
