Nestled on the grounds of the owner's home and surrounded by rural countryside this creatively designed, eye catching two storey barn conversion is able to accommodate up to five guests and is dog friendly too, Ideal for a small family or couple wanting to enjoy a peaceful, rural escape.
On the ground floor the property offers a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room with corner sofa and TV in front of a wood burner. The large doors behind the seating area open up onto a further small, enclosed garden and offers a barbecue and outdoor seating area
Upstairs there are three bedrooms to choose from two doubles and a single bedroom all served by a family bathroom.

he rural village of Blackwater is located about two miles south of the county town of Newport, close to the geographic centre of the island and is within ten minutes' drive of Newport, with large, modern, shops, cinema, pubs, restaurants, sports facilities and more traditional farmers' markets and old style stores.
Situated in the middle of the island, all beaches are within easy reach, typically a 20-30 minute drive away, together with many other towns, villages and attractions, Whether you're looking for a seaside break with access to beautiful walks, cycle tracks and bridle paths, a peaceful retreat to unwind and recharge, Whitestone Barn is the perfect choice.

Family bathroom: bath with overhead shower, toilet & wash basin
OUTSIDE
Enclosed garden, with garden furniture to the rear of the property.
Parking for 3 vehicles at the front of the property and extensive gated grounds.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
This property can accept a maximum of 2 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Initial logs for wood burner will be supplied at the beginning of your stay. Guests will be required to purchase more if required.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
