They had no record of my reservation for 2 nights. It wasn't until I showed them my confirmation AND that I had already paid, did they give me a room. The following day, we had left and came to the hotel and our key cards didn't work. We went to the front desk and asked why, they said they were just deactivated because they were too close to our credit cards, phone, etc. I asked for 2 keys to my room # and they gave them to me with no additional questions or anything, anyone could have asked for keys to our room! We got into our room to find all of our stuff moved and packed up a bit. When I called down, they said they got a notification that we were only there for one night and assumed we just left all our stuff so they packed it up, but then they got another notification that we were there an additional night so they brought it back up to the room. our stuff was haphazardly packed and unpacked, with our body wash spilling all over the inside of one of our bags.
