Villa Batanà - Garden and Pool S.Marina Salina

Villa Batanà is a large villa on one floor.
The Villa is accessed from an internal courtyard, which then leads to the living room with sofas and TV;
to the left of the living room we have the sleeping area,
a bedroom with two single beds (joinable),
a bathroom complete with all fixtures and shower cubicles;
a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the bathroom is equipped with all sanitary fixtures and a hydromassage tub.
A study with desk and chair for working on the PC, (PC not supplied) which leads to the terrace and garden.
to the right of the living room there is access to a large kitchen, complete with oven and dishwasher; the kitchen also leads to the terrace and garden.

The third bedroom can only be accessed from the internal courtyard, here we have a double bed and a single bed;
the room has an en-suite bathroom complete with all bathroom fixtures and shower.

The swimming pool is for the private use of guests, a small gym has been built next to it.

A five minute walk you can reach one of the most beautiful pebble beaches of Salina.
Villa Batanà is a stone's throw from the center of Santa Marina, thus benefiting from all the services available: shops, restaurants, tourist port.
It has a private parking space about 50 meters from the house.
