Villa I 100 Steps - beautiful view of the sea

Villa "I 100 steps" is located in a unique position,
surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The house is located about 100 meters from the sea and can be reached via an ancient road of lava stone stairs (about 100 steps).
From the terrace you can admire the small village of Lingua with the brackish water lake and the islands of Lipari, Vulcano, Stromboli and Panarea.

Villa I 100 Gradini is a detached house,
a large terrace surrounds the house, here you will have sofas, table and chairs available;
from the terrace there is a spectacular view of the sea and the garden.

Inside you will find:
- a large living room with dining table and relaxation corner with sofas and TV; this environment has a mezzanine where you will have a bedroom with a double futon bed;
- kitchen, complete with dishwasher, fridge with freezer and 4-burner hob;
- a double bedroom with private bathroom and shower cubicle;
- a bedroom with two single beds (joinable on request);
- a second bathroom, also equipped with a shower cubicle;

The living room and kitchen can also be accessed from the terrace.
It has a washing machine and outdoor shower.

100 meters from home, Lido Garb can offer you sun loungers, umbrellas and a kiosk. The lido is on a cliff where a walkway has been positioned and here it is possible to dive into the crystal clear waters of Salina.
Just 300 meters away you will have: bars, restaurants, a small shop.
The closest beach is only 300 meters away.
The bus stop and free public parking are 100 meters from the house.
