Offering a chilled bohemian vibe, lush landscaping and relaxed open spaces, this laid-back pad located in a quiet cul-de-sac is 4 km from surfing at Alexandra Headlands or Mooloolaba and 13 km from the Sunshine Coast Airport.

Private area includes spacious lounge with 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix, fully self-contained kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed and cupboard, an outdoor bathroom (separate toilet - indoor) and laundry. Free street parking available.

You are spoilt for choice as there are many shops and restaurants close by including the Wharf at Mooloolaba and the Sunshine Plaza at Maroochydore (about 4 km). There are also some awesome forest walks close by including the Buderim Forest walk, Foote Sanctuary and another beautiful forest/park walk assessable from the house.

HOSTS:
We, Conrad (Aussie) and Nara (Brazilian), live in the upstairs apartment (City Views) with our dog Coco, cat Samson and our bub Vienna.

HOUSE RULES
The Chill Haus is a relaxing space and not a party house, we ask that there is no noise after 10pm. It is best suited to children over 12 and as we have pets, we can’t accept yours, sorry.

Upon your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, all house rules, and anything else you may need to know.
