Guests have full, sole and complete access to the townhouse, court yard, deck and garage.
PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is in Upper Gay Terrace Kings Beach.
Access to the apartment is via a coded lock front door at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the apartment & after you have booked.
The apartment has a lock up garage for your vehicle for the duration of your visit. Height restriction 2.2 mtrs. Access the apartment and immediately on your right is the garage door. Push the access button on the wall to open the garage door. Drive down the driveway and then into your garage, on the left hand side. Push the access button again to close the garage door.
The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed & Ensuite
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed & bathroom opposite
Upstairs you will find a 3rd toilet.
Air-Conditioning
Lounge, Dining, Kitchen and both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned
Downstairs has an undercover outdoor lounge area. Upstairs has a large undercover deck with lounges and BBQ, with ocean views beyond
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar, nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Serviceâ
The kitchen is near brand new and has all new cabinetry and appliances. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
The dining table seats six.
The lounge room has a large smart tv for you to view your streaming services, or watch free to air channels.
When we say that this apartment is in a wonderful location we are not joking:
- 400 metres (3-4 minute walk) to Kings Beach
- 400 metres (3-4 minute walk) up to 10 cafes, restaurants & general store
