The entry level also hosts a bathroom and the fourth bedroom furnished with a double bed. The fully equipped internal laundry, complete with washer and dryer (with provided detergent and softener), ensures convenience during your stay.

Descending a short staircase unveils breathtaking views of Lake Macquarie. The expansive timber deck overlooking the pool is complemented by stylish furnishings, a smart TV, a ten-seat dining table, and a stunning custom-built kitchen. Enjoy family BBQs and al fresco dining on the deck, furnished with timber outdoor furniture seating ten. The chef's kitchen is equipped with all necessities, including a coffee machine with complementary coffee beans, along with tea, coffee, and milk awaiting your arrival.

The top floor houses three additional bedrooms, including a master suite featuring a plush king bed, an open ensuite with a tub, and a balcony offering panoramic views of the azure waters. The other two bedrooms on this floor each feature a queen bed, with one of them also including an additional queen bed and cot (huge room).

The property's private pool is surrounded by lush greenery, providing a serene retreat. An outdoor shower is available for a refreshing wash-off.
