Separate large living area with TV, split system and board games with a step down to a lovely dining area. Three bedrooms, family bathroom with shower over bath and toilet and older style washhouse for all of your laundering needs.
Enjoy a magical evening in a private courtyard - BBQ with outdoor setting or sit and relax and on the front veranda and watch the kids play – maybe even play some cricket or bring the badminton set.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a very short stroll away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 10 minutes drive down. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty dollar charge deducted from your bond.
