Welcome to your serene retreat in the heart of Blue Ridge! This 5-bedroom cabin offers the perfect escape for families and large groups looking for a peaceful getaway. Surrounded by lush forests and nestled in the mountains, Blueridge Lodge provides a calm and intimate atmosphere where you can leave your worries behind. The timeless cabin design promises a stay with the utmost comfort and ultimate relaxation! Whether you want to take in the beauty of nature from the wrap-around deck with its rocking chairs or gather around the firepit to stay warm under the star-filled sky, there's a spot for everyone to love. The sunny deck has a grill where you can prepare a fresh meal, and the sprawling property has several options for outdoor dining in the fresh mountain air. Feeling competitive? The deck offers both a foosball table in the covered area as well as a ping pong table where you can enjoy hours of play with an absolutely priceless backdrop of stunning Blue Ridge nature.

Feel cozy and at home with your first step through the door, where you’re welcomed by spacious living areas. The living room is furnished with plush couches and a smart tv, the perfect set up for relaxed movie nights at home. Vibrant colors and nature-inspired décor lead into the bright kitchen, fully equipped for delicious and convenient cooking at home. Stainless steel appliances, cookware, coffee maker, and toaster are all provided for your use! Share morning coffee in the sun-filled breakfast nook, and gather around the dining table for memorable meals throughout your trip.

This home sleeps 19 guests comfortably between 5 bedrooms and queen size sleeper sofa in the addition’s sitting area. A Pack and Play can be found in the pantry so that little ones can sleep soundly during your stay.

- Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #2 has a full size bed and tv.
- Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, tv, and sliding glass door leading onto the deck.
- Bedroom #4 has a king size bed and tv.
- Bedroom #5 is the bunk bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds for a total of 7 twin size beds and 1 full size bunk bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has 2 additional bathrooms with shower/tub combos.
- This property offers parking for 6 vehicles.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The propane is directly supplied to the grill and no need for a propane tank.

In the northernmost part of Georgia lies the base of the Blue Ridge Mountain chain, lending to the area’s surprisingly rugged and scenic beauty. Lush forests, flowing rivers, hidden waterfalls, and endless adventures await you and your family. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and rivers to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the fresh mountain air and breathtaking scenery. Check out the local guided hikes such as the Blue Ridge Adventure Park and Zipline Canopy Tours. Or enjoy nature’s waterparks by way of tubing, kayaking, fishing, and rafting.

Blueridge Lodge is just minutes from epic hikes, stunning waterways, and the town centers of Blue Ridge, Epworth, and McCaysville with galleries, antique shops, restaurants, and more! The surrounding areas have unique attractions such as Mercier Orchards, the largest apple orchard in the southeast. Here you can pick your own fruit, enjoy goodies from the bakery, grab a bite to eat at Candy Kitchen, and/or indulge in some Hard Apple Cider and wine made from fruits that they harvest. For those who want to be one with nature, Blue Ridge has hiking trails for both all day hikes, and quick hikes.

Guidelines:
- Vehicle Recommendation: While AWD or 4WD vehicles are not necessary and you will be able to navigate this road we do recommended to travel the hilly gravel road leading to the house carefully and do not spin or cause your vehicle to throw of gravel and dirt. This is likely to ensure that vehicles have the necessary traction and control on the uneven surface. Caution should be taken to avoid spinning out.

- Penalty for Spinning Out: There is a fine for any vehicles caught spinning out on the gravel road. This emphasizes the importance of careful driving and control while navigating the hilly terrain.

- Noise Level: To be considerate of nearby residents, especially with regards to music, it's advised to keep noise levels low. This helps maintain a peaceful environment and prevents disturbances.

- Respect Private Property: All properties surrounding the two lots are privately owned. Venturing onto these properties is considered trespassing. It's important to respect the boundaries and privacy of neighboring properties.

- Lights Out at 10:00 PM: All outside lights should be turned off at 10:00 PM. This helps maintain a natural environment and avoids unnecessary light pollution, which can be disruptive to wildlife and neighboring residents.

Following these guidelines will not only ensure your own safety but also contribute to a respectful and harmonious experience for everyone involved.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Our Basic Provisions:
Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.

Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
