Four double bedrooms, an ensuite, family bathroom that will WOW you, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Evaporate cooling and central heating throughout the property, along with split systems.

This home delivers an enviable lifestyle, with easy access to award-winning wineries, world-class golf courses, stunning national park walks and day spas, with bay and ocean beaches only moments away - everything that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer is at your doorstep.

We provide plenty of linen and towels for your use, so your holiday begins when you arrive. It is truly a gorgeous space in an ideal location! An experience you’ll never forget.

Nestled amidst picturesque farmlands teeming with vibrant wildlife and greenery, this home offers is surrounded by nature's beauty. Please be aware that you may encounter traces of dust, fallen leaves, and other natural elements around the property's exterior. Additionally, the farms boast a dedicated gardener who may tend to the lawns and gardens during your stay.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Lovely stay!

We stayed here as a bridal party before and after a wedding at Karrawingi Park, and it was THE PERFECT location and overall house to stay. We had so much space available inside and outside the house that it was the perfect size for 4 couples. There was a few little things that could easily be fixed (door handles in bedrooms and on vanities could be attached on properly) but all tiny things. Overall, a great stay and would be back.

Family event

The house itself was very suitable for our needs, there were several issues though throughout our stay, the lawns were overgrown which encouraged plenty of mosquitos, and made us fearful of snakes being close to the house, the children's play area was unkept and not really useable except for swings. The point to enter entry code at front gate wasn't working, we had to get through the fence to enter the code at the exit point each time. We had no hot water the first morning for a while and as we were there for a family wedding that was exceptionally inconvenient. The property has the potential to be truly lovely, it just needed some TLC, and as we had young children with us, some of these issues were very frustrating.

Eva Green Lake 'Country House' features large light-filled open-plan dining and living areas with a fully equipped kitchen and opens out to a large covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor setting with a glass Mornington Peninsulas finest vino in hand. This is a property to be enjoyed all year round with evaporative heating and cooling in the living and sleeping areas and full linen and towels provided.
