A vision of elegance and a flashback in time to Mornington's early beginnings, this beautiful 1930s beach house enjoys a position just steps from Fisherman's Beach at the end of the street and an easy walk to Main St Mornington.
The Space:
Fronted by a grand verandah, the home has been beautifully refurbished with luxury inclusions retaining its original high ceilings, floorboards, French doors, and a central ornamental fireplace, while a sumptuous spa bathroom and a sunroom both have double doors opening directly onto a sunny courtyard garden. There is also a charming two room rear studio at the rear of the property.

We have a fully equipped country kitchen with a dishwasher and gas cooktop.

There is an 8-seater dining table with air conditioning

The main house sleeps 5 while the two room studio sleeps 4

Bedroom 3- Single Bed
Bedroom 4&5- Double Bed & sofa (which converts into a double bed) is located in the rear studio. You can separate the two rooms with the large barn doors that close
Living Area
Open plan living area with a smart TV, ornamental fireplace, and split system. Perfect to relax and watch the kids play outside. Not to mention the Gorgeous sunroom with double doors to the courtyard.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms in the main house. One bathroom is located off the master bedroom(two-way bathroom) and the other is located towards the back of the house with a huge spa bath overlooking the garden, as well as a shower and toilet.

Balcony with two outdoor dining areas, outdoor shower, and BBQ.

This property is ideal for two families. There is a porta cot and high chair at the property for use.

TERMS OF BOOKING
1. We do not accept any parties, schoolies or events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties.
2. There are minimum age requirements for this property.
3. A $500 bond will be taken after booking
4. All bookings will be confirmed once our vetting process has been completed
*Nightly rates quoted are for short stays, special offer rates are available for longer stays by visiting the Ember Property website.
Kindly be aware that for stays exceeding three weeks, an additional cleaning fee will apply. Guests have the option to schedule this extra cleaning midway through their stay, or if preferred this can be deep cleaned at the end of the extended stay.

Guests of this property must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay.
The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 9.30pm/10pm see house rules to 8.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas
