Just a short 100m stroll from this property and you are at the beach feeling the warm ocean lapping at your toes and just a stones throw from the fresh water lagoon.

The balcony views have been expertly designed to take full advantage of the spectacular outlook.

The two-storey layout has two individual, self-contained levels with an internal staircase connecting both levels. In total, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread throughout the floorplan with the home raised to take in northern views past the Coral Sea Resort that stretch all the way east and south past the Airlie Beach Lagoon. Soaring ceilings and oversized windows enhance the sense of space in the open-plan living areas with gleaming timber floors, air-conditioning and an effortless connection to the covered wrap-around decks.

The open kitchen with granite benchtops with ample storage and quality appliances is where you can whip up gourmet delights before moving outside to eat alfresco on the deck and take in the view.
There are 2 bedrooms located upstairs and another 2 downstairs with each level accommodating a bathroom and kitchen/living areas,

This private property is enveloped by lush yet low-maintenance tropical gardens and parking for three cars.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Amaroo on Airlie family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we stayed at the property as family of 6 consisting of there generations and This property was amazing, very spacious with self contained entertainment areas to escape to when required and common areas large enough to accomodate 8, ideal location and as we stayed here because the accomodation we booked was withdrawn from short term rental we feel that we had a more enjoyable stay due to the ease of walking to town & marinas, ample car parking & stunning views and even got to watch the NYE fireworks from the balcony.would throughly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was great!! The accommodation was in a fabulous location to everything we needed. Overall I think it was a great house, although it could use a bit of repairs done, like the water pressure was almost non existent to bathrooms when any tap was on throughout the house, doors missing keys, so some areas where unusable and just overall maintenance to the property. We enjoyed our stay and would come back for the location of the property!!!

Great Location

Reviewer Comments: THe property has great views and is within easy walking distance into town.The property management company were very helpful and quick to respond to some queries that we had.The bedding configuration was not as advertised when we booked the home which meant we had to use one of the couches which was not ideal for a five night stay. The property could use a good clean, lots of dust etc underneath couches/beds.
