Le premier niveau de cet appartement est composé de la climatisation, d’un mobilier moderne et d’une cuisine moderne bien équipée avec une machine à café. Le salon / salle à manger décloisonné s'ouvre sur un balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Ce niveau offre également une buanderie complète et une troisième toilette.

Le deuxième niveau de cette maison de ville comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Reviewer Comments: It was a pleasure to stay in a Modern, Roomy Townhouse, will gorgeous views, just a 5 minute walk from the Main Street of Airlie Beach.I have no hesitation to came back to Airlie and stay here again.Yes, there is a short uphill walk to the property, but if you want views and to be so close to town, this is how you get them.I had a rental car; the single garage space was awesome.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time this year, I have stayed in this vacation rental. I rebooked this place due to the great stay the first time I had for a girls weekend away. The second time with family, the house was dirty and requires a deep clean and maintenance, the place is generally tidy but has a lot of dirt & dust build up (the walls, skirting boards, fans/aircons, louvres), bathrooms and kitchen weren’t cleaned with correct products.The internet wasn’t available. Unable to lock the garage door lock due to it being faulty.Food left in the fridge/freezer/pantry.Bug problem at the property.I understand it’s the week before schoolies and wonder if this is why the place wasn’t up as clean as the first stay. To avoid the potential damage and clean up that normally goes with schoolies in Airlie. Also have understanding that the maintenance and clean up that is required of this property would not be achievable within the 4hr turnover time.Just left feeling a little disappointed with the standards and price of accommodation, as there are rules/regulations in place on your stay, but we left the property in better condition then we received it.It is a great location and easy accessible to Airlie Beach and surrounding areas.

Reviewer Comments: What a great apartment, lovely views, so very very clean, everything we needed not too big a walk up a small hill , had everything we needed and was lovely and quiet and a great price that I could afford in fact I have rebooked it for airlie festival of music for next year 2023 , only one thing was in main bedroom it had shower over the bath which I hate , lucky there is another bathroom across the hall with a great shower 👏👏

The Property Management Company were amazing - friendly, helpful and efficient. We had an issue at the property, I rang the Property Management company and they had the contractor at the property by that afternoon to fix it. We can't wait to stay here again. Thank you.

The views on both levels are amazing. The property is in great condition. The bathroom is a little dated but very clean and didn’t impact our stay in any way. It’s quiet and central to town. I can’t rave about this property enough and will be recommending to friends.

Reviewer Comments: The house we stayed in was in a prime location, close to absolutely everything.A few nice touches by the team was the Christmas tree that was set up, and the information around the area we were staying in.The view was amazing, and it got better in the master bedroom.The master was faultless, the shower in the on suite could do with a new head but everything else spot on.The upstairs bedrooms were clean and tidy, both with sitcoms and fans.The upstairs bathroom could do with a shower screen update, but it all still worked well.The kitchen was great with all the modern appliances.The balconies and the views were first class.I would definitely come back and stay with this company again.
