This luxurious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom Airlie Beach Holiday Home is situation just one street back from the main street of Airlie Beach. You will be so close to all the Airlie Beach action that you will not even need a car. Airlie Bay View is a brand new home with designer furnishing throughout. This home is stylish, contemporary living at its best and a stay here will ensure an unforgettable holiday experience for the whole family.

This magnificent home is spread over two levels; on the upper level there are 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, the master with walk in robe and ensuite. Also on this level is your master design fully equipped kitchen complete with Nespresso Coffee Machine, the latest SMEG appliances and butlers pantry. From the kitchen, the clever design of the home seamlessly flows through to the a spacious combined lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors that lead out to the spacious tiled deck area which runs the complete length of the front of the home. Here you you will find the large gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and lounge chair making it the perfect place for afternoon and pre dinner drinks and alfresco dining with family and friends while enjoying the uninterrupted ocean views and the Whitsunday Islands beyond.

The lower level of this home showcases a large 5th bedroom with its own private lounge area and ensuite. This level also has a secure undercover double lockup garage.

Soak up the sunshine on the back deck or jump into your own private sparkling blue swimming pool to cool off after a day out exploring the Whitsunday Islands.

The home also boasts an office nook all set up with WiFi should you need to work, is fully air conditioned throughout and has beautifully manicured lawns.

Just add some of our In-House Catering Services and a Massage Therapist and you have landed in paradise!

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Fantastic Holiday stay for large group or family!

The house layout suited all family needs (children, teenagers and adults) and was large enough to cater for us all. It was extremely close to town (walking distance) and was in a great location. The kitchen and butlers pantry were stocked will great kitchen appliances and utensils. The air conditioners were great in keeping the place cool in the Queensland heat. Plenty of towels supplied which was great! The customer service was above standard with checking in, and check out was very easy!Be careful with making sure the front door is locked otherwise it will blow open, and if you have young children be careful of them on the balcony as the gaps between the glass panels are wider than usual - we had to put objects to block our little ones from trying to get through them! Door in bedroom 3 has trouble shutting and the door handle in bedroom 4 needs fixing. All very minor issues that didn't impact our stay!Our family have already booked again to come back next year!

This house exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our large family! It’s beautiful and comfortable, with really nice outdoor space in the front and back. We loved the water views and 5 minute walk to town and the beach park. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy walk a few blocks to get to restaurants, groceries and gelato! Nice pool at the house but also a lovely public pool only a couple of blocks away that would keep kids busy all day. We enjoyed a snorkel trip to the outer reef and a wonderful scenic flight to get beautiful pictures.

Stunning Property

I stayed at this property with extended family and we all loved it! The house was stunning, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our week's stay. Communication was fantastic from check-in to check out. The property is exactly how it was listed. The location was perfect for us with walking distance to the heart of Airlie. I would highly recommend this property and we will look at re-booking again on our next visit to Airlie Beach.

Airlie fun

We arrived for a 60th and the house was everything we wanted. Great location, beautiful interior and lovely living areas. The retreat downstairs was fabulous as was the front bedroom. The other three rooms were roomy and comfortable. Probably could do with a few more pool lounges, but the area outside was comfortable. Would only ask that there was a tutorial on how to use the stove as we were unable to work it out. Thankyou for the experience ❀

Not the serenity we hoped for

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was great for our family, very modern , clean and plenty of space for our family of 8 and 1 infant. The down side was the week we stayed there was landscaping going on at a property at the back so for 5 of our 7 days we had excavation equipment from 6.30 in the morning. Also the property has no side fence so no privacy at the pool, our view from the pool was excavators, trucks and 8 or so landscapers. Wish I could add a photo just to show you.I was more disappointed that we weren’t warned of this going on at the time as we would have chose a different property.This property is not cheap but the owner did not want to give any compensation to us. To be fair the property managers whitsunday holiday rentals we’re understanding and they compensated us by giving us a better property for our remaining 3 days in Airlie beach

Walking distance to the Lagoon Pool and restaurants. The only thing wrong was there was not enough cleaning products or garbage bags. Would definitely stay again.
