The Space:
Featuring lovely blonde floorboards throughout, you’ll enter the apartment into a spacious open-plan L-shaped living/dining/kitchen area with wall-mounted air-con and a ceiling fan. The living area offers a comfy sofa, 2 armchairs, stylish occasional furniture and a 50” ‘Smart’ TV. There’s a dining table seating 6 people that’s adjacent to a fully-equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, a Bosch dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, wall oven, micFbedrowave and a medium sized fridge. Sliding doors off the living area lead to an outdoor patio area with a table for 4 people and views of the pool area.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-con, ceiling fans, plantation shutters to block out light if desired and mirrored built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a large shower recess, while the second bedroom comes with a king sized bed that can be separated into 2 single beds if needed. In the apartment’s main bathroom you’ll find a combined shower/bath, as well as a washing machine. Clothes can be dried on a drying rack.
The complex itself offers a swimming pool, barbecue area and 2 secure parking spots.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast between Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta, Burleigh Heads offers world class beaches and surf breaks against a lush national park backdrop. The apartment itself is perfectly located, walking distance to a great choice of eateries, Tallebudgera beach, Burleigh Heads National Park, The Village Markets, Burleigh Arts and Crafts on the Coast, and the Gold Coast Recreation Centre. Surfers Paradise is just over 20 minutes by car, with Dreamworld, Sea World and Movie Worlds all only half an hour’s drive away.
Getting Around:
There’s parking for 2 vehicles in the secure care park with free street parking available. If you prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop close to the complex with services taking you into Burleigh Heads in about 35 minutes and Surfers Paradise in under an hour.
Other Things to Note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Extra $45/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the fold away bed needs to be prepared.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
