Lark Rise - détente semi-rurale

Cottage de style Queenslander entièrement autonome situé dans une propriété de 2 acres avec vue surélevée.

Beau cadre semi-rural et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture du village historique de Mudgeeraba, à environ 10 minutes de Robina, avec son grand centre commercial et à environ 20 minutes de certaines des meilleures plages de la Gold Coast et des parcs à thème de la Gold Coast.

La propriété dispose de 3 chambres - Master avec King Size, 2e ayant la possibilité de deux lits simples ou un grand lit king size et 3e - 2 lits simples standard. Tous les draps et serviettes fournis. Aussi un petit "coin bureau" avec bureau au cas où vous en auriez besoin.

La cuisine est grande et bien équipée si vous décidez de vous restaurer. Accès au barbecue couvert et au coin salon extérieur également disponible. Il y a aussi plusieurs restaurants à quelques minutes en voiture.

Salon et salle à manger spacieux et relaxant, plus deux balcons couverts (la pièce principale mesure 20 m2) avec des sièges. Des provisions de bienvenue de thé, café, lait et jus fournis.

Un enclos clôturé à côté de Lark Rise (environ 400 m2) et équipé d'un fil de taille de trou d'environ 150 mm2 / 6 "x 6" peut être utilisé pour que votre chien puisse courir.

Situé dans un quartier calme avec beaucoup d'animaux sauvages et d'oiseaux en visite.

Les animaux de compagnie bien élevés (habitués à vivre à l'intérieur) sont les bienvenus, mais pas autorisés sur les meubles.

Lark Rise a été conçu avec votre intimité à l'esprit. Les propriétaires vivent dans une propriété adjacente à Lark Rise et sont disponibles si nécessaire.

Nice break away!

Overall, we were very happy with our 5-night holiday—the property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a lovely location. Communication during our stay was excellent, and the hosts were kind, compassionate, and regularly checked in via SMS to ensure we were comfortable, which we really appreciated. We were also grateful to be offered a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill after early-morning NBN works on the property, which was very thoughtful.That said, I did feel a little uncomfortable after check-in. Prior to our arrival, I had explained that I was travelling with an NDIS participant who can occasionally laugh quite loudly. Upon check-in, we were told that the reason for all the questions beforehand was due to concerns about the neighbor, who often complain, and because the owners’ house is located very close to the accommodation. While I now understand the owner's initial hesitation, it did make me feel a bit uneasy, and I found myself staying indoors with the doors closed for most of the time to avoid any potential issues.Additionally, after check-out, I received a message about a missing towel and was informed I would need to pay to replace it. I responded helpfully and followed up with a phone call to clarify that we hadn’t taken the towel. Two days later, I received a message saying it had been found in a cupboard. While I’m relieved it was located, the situation left me feeling somewhat accused and uncomfortable, which unfortunately put a damper on an other

Relaxing Stay

We had a really lovely family break at Lark Rise. It has a scenic outlook and it was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast... but close enough to easily visit some of the attractions. A highlight for my kids was feeding Jackie's goats.

Beautiful place!!

We had a two week stay at Lark Rise. The accommodation met our needs, that being a family of 5 and a small dog. It was clean and functional. The location is handy to shops and tourist locations north, south, east & west. The hosts are friendly and easy to talk too. We have no complaints about our stay and would consider staying again. Thank you Jackie and Paul for a pleasant stay.

A great place to stay

We had a great 6 week stay at Lark Rise and would have liked to stay longer.The house is in a great quiet place and is well maintained, very clean and had everything we needed.Jackie and Paul are warm, welcoming and sweet people. They do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.I would highly recommend this stay!

Perfect family getaway

Absolutely wonderful. House was comfortable and warm. Everything we needed was at our fingertips Jackie had put a lot of thought into making sure our stay was perfect. We had a lovely stay at Lark Rise and only wish it could have been longer. Jackie was there to meet me and explain things and was available if we needed anything. Such a beautiful quiet bush setting with birds, wallabies and goats. The accomodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a highlight being the deck overlooking nature. Perfect Getaway

I absolutely loved my stay at Lark Rise. The place was so lovely and clean, the beds super comfy and the kitchen well stocked. What I loved most was sitting out on the large balcony listening to the birds, so relaxing. The paddock was fantastic for my greyhound to zoom around in. Lark Rise is also located close to shops and cafes. Jackie and Paul were fantastic hosts, going out of their way to make sure my holiday was perfect. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.
