Cozy small home located in a excellent position with all amenities and services near by. Suited for a relaxing holiday, eating out and enjoying the area.
Walking distance to Currumbin Alley, Currumbin Creek, walking tracks, Palm Beach. Award winning cafes and restaurants nearby.
Room for caravan, boat and fully fenced dog wired yard.
Close to Coolangatta airport.
The Pines shopping centre.
Currumbin RSL
Currumbin Boatshed on the Creek short walk at the end of the street for all hiring for water activities.
Small quaint outside deck nestled above greenery undercover Al fresco dining.
Small clean bedrooms for a restfull sleep. Beautiful quality linen including beach towels.

Main bathroom upstairs with seperate toilet.
Downstairs has large storage area. Also shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Could not be better , great stay very clean and tidy , everything you would need is there, welcome pack from owner fantastic, house is ready for complete renovation but has zero impact on the perfect stay

Lovely and very clean had everything we needed,close to everything walked everywhere, great for the dog too.Surprise treats left in the fridge by host, definitely recommend and would come again

A home away from home

Excellent property and Karyn was a delight to deal with. Definitely a pet friendly property and great location close to Currumbin Creek. The homey touches and little gifts left in the fridge were so appreciated. Very relaxing being tucked away in the trees.

Peaceful location

Great location for dogs and their humans

Very comfortable home. Lovely touches- fridge with champagne, beer, cheese and milk. Very thoughtful. Well styled home with beautiful linen and great place and safe for the dogs. Easy drive to Currumbin creek and Palm beach off leash areas and great cafe at entrance to creek. Best holiday location for us.

Great location in cozy house

We enjoyed our stay, it was close to Currumbin Alley and the beach and a very short walk to the Creek and to good cafe's and coffee spots. The listing is accurate, it's an older home, small in size but it was fine for our needs and the air conditioning worked very well over the hot week we had. Comfy beds, shower was great and good communication from the host. As expected of an older home, it has some ongoing maintenance issues - for example, the downstairs area under the house has water egress (assuming from the rain) and the laundry light wasn't working, so we didn't use the laundry or downstairs bathroom. I was able to store my bicycle in there locked away securely. Unfortunately, our dog didn't come with us this time, but the property fencing (at the top to the south) looked secure and safe.

Great location property disappointing

Awesome location. A lot of maintenance needed. My partner came home with insect bites even after using coils and repellent.Owner was lovely to deal with and personal touches, Christmas treats left for us on arrival.Just the state of the property building, definitely would not use the downstairs bathroom

Currumbin Coastal

Location was great, although no view it was very close to the water. Street was really quiet and very little traffic at night. Cute 2 bedder but had everything needed for a stay. Accurately described property, definitely read the entire description as there are a few stairs. Such a great host, nothing was too much trouble, really genuine communication. Hosts even allow 2 doggos and the yard was amazing for them and totally secure.

Convenient, easy host, secure yard

Thank you Karyn for being 'truly' pet friendly, no silly rules about 10kg or under for my dog. Easy access, good location, secure yard, clean place. Host is lovely and very accomodating - you couldn't ask for more - she made everything easy :) Highly recommended.

Perfect for us

This property was perfect for us (Grandparents with 9 & 7 year old plus our terrier). The location was convenient. The host communicated well and was generous. We felt like we were in a treehouse. Loved everything. Thank you Karyn.

Short break with our dogs

This cozy cottage has everything's you need for a Currumbin break with dogs. The garden was enclosed and is located near to an off leash dog area. The cottage was well equipped with 👌 comfy beds.the dog's had a special treat too. Tha kyou Karyn, we willbe cack!.

Cute beach house

We loved our stay here and so did the dog. The house and yard were clean and tidy, lounge and beds were super comfy. We enjoyed eating outside on the balcony. There was a generous welcome basket with crackers, chocolate, wine, beer and a selection of cheese Its in a great location 1 street back from the water and an easy walk to the beach. Our host was lovely to deal with and offered us early check in and late check out which is always appreciated.

Colossal Currumbin

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this beautiful pocket of the southern part of the Gold Coast. Even though school returned (its opposite) there were absolutely no issues and the bells reminded us what time of the day we were in. The house was lovely and Karyn added a few little extras to make our stay very enjoyable. Our dogs loved the space of the yard and we had no issues with the stairs…we are both nearly 70 but fit. Thoroughly recommend the house for a short term adventure.

Currumbin stay

My family and I stayed here whilst we welcomed a new baby into our family. It made it easy for my husband, mum and son to come and visit at the hospital because of the close proximity. Overall they had a great stay. We would stay here again :)

Great property close to everything

Linen was nice and fresh,everything there that I needed including some great extras like champagne cheese and crackers coffee tea milk sugar! Host was super helpful when I had trouble with getting codes Overall myself and my pooch had a lovely stay Highly recommend.
