The Space:
This naturally stunning 2nd-floor condo with everything you need for a relaxing escape to Tulum! You'll be in the heart of the town halfway between Tulum town and the beach! Plus everything is within a short distance, even the biggest grocery store in town, Chedraui, is nearby! You can stock up and be ready for your daily adventures. Plus this condo has a fantastic common area with an alluring swimming pool, sun loungers and tropical vibes for days!

The condo consists of:
- An awesome open bright and spacious living area w/ direct access to your 2nd-floor private balcony/terrace with space to dine al fresco as well!
- The living room is a great place to come together and grab a sofa spot and chat or plan your day!
- There’s a dining table just off the open kitchen where you can sit down and enjoy a meal at the table suited for at least 6. The laughs and the dinner chats will surely create memories!
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and features & everything you'd need to cook at home during your stay. Maybe time to whip up that new Mexican dish and see if you can duplicate it!
- The two bedrooms in the apartment are both with full private ensuite bathrooms! Configured as such:
BEDROOM 1: Master bedroom w/a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, access to balcony, lots of storage space & great natural light
BEDROOM 2: Features two plush twin beds, an en-suite bathroom & nice storage space.
- A washer and dryer in the unit!
- And of course a private balcony overlooking the pool and a nice place to sit and sip a beverage or dine alfresco.

The grounds at this condo are gorgeous. You can go out and relax by the alluring pool after dinner, read under the palapa shade and do nothing! This place will restore your soul!

When ready to go out, there so many sights to see around Tulum-- everything from the beach hotspots down the beach road, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), day trips to Playa del Carmen or Cancun, and so much more! This will be an unforgettable trip!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. Plus access to the lush common areas including the swimming pool with lounge chairs, restrooms and palapas.

The Neighborhood:
Between the beach and town neighborhood is an amazing residential community with a lot of new construction and plenty to see if you bike and walk around.
- And it’s perfectly located halfway between the beach and Tulum town
- Shopping is in walking distance from convenience stores to grocery to boutiques and shops all around town and at the beach road
- Easy access to the bike path from between the beach and town
- Surrounded by jungle, nature and the elements all around
- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes, and the incredible Tulum beach, famous dining and clubs are only a few minutes away

Getting Around:
The condo in between the beach and town is about 119 km/74 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! If you’re renting a car, there is free parking on the street at the complex where the condo is to make it easy to get in and out!

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the pool will be out of service on January 16th and will be available on the afternoon of the 17th, as will be cleaned up.

This 1292-square-foot condo/120 sqm features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests comfortably.

- Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

- TV, some bottled water, bed linens, beach, and bath towels are provided free to guests. Also let us know if you need airport transport, we can help arrange it for you!

- The oven is out of service until further notice.

- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

- There's no daily housekeeping but If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like toilet paper in the bathrooms, soap, and shampoo but please note that these are not refilled during your stay. You can pick up any item you need at a convenience or grocery store.

- Stella Rentals grants you preferential beach access to ´´Playa Negroni by Tago´´. Contact your concierge to save your spot.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be 21 yrs old to book
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week from 8 am until midnight should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
