- NOTE: Torreon homeowners are only allowed to transfer their social membership twice per month with a strict policy of 4 guests only. The fee associated with the transfer is $325 for the first guest, and $100 for each additional guest (again, up to 4 guests MAX)
- NOTE: This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are hoping to take advantage of the transfer, upon booking, please reach out to the guest contact to confirm availability and coordinate payment. Arrangements must be made no less than 4 days before your check-in date
