Enter the unit through the pedestrian entrance on the eastern side of the building placing you in the ground floor elevator lobby with access to both unit entries. (The smaller ground floor unit is private and is not available for rentals) Take the elevator to the second floor or enter the first doorway to proceed up the stairwell to the unit. There is a small foyer area entering the stairwell with additional storage space for storing beach equipment. Once reaching the second floor the living and dining areas will be directly ahead, with the first bedroom with an attached bathroom and laundry room to the left, and the second floor elevator hallway to the right. The dining area and kitchen both provide sliding glass balcony door access to the second floor deck and the kitchen’s center island provides an additional two top dining space.
Upon reaching the third level, the first bedroom a twin over twin bunk bed and the access hallway to the elevator and sundeck is to the right. The second bedroom with two twin beds will be to your left. Further down the hallway, the full hallway bathroom with combination tub/shower will be to the left just before the entry to the Master Suite. The Master suite features tile flooring throughout, dual sliding glass balcony door access, and an attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a vanity countertop.

This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.
