I think that there has been a big misunderstanding and I could see that you are very angry by your false accusations. #1 WE HAVE AIRCONDITIONING! There are two different thermostats one for just heat on the 1st floor and one for the airconditioner on the second floor. I went there after your post and you never put it on. You assumed that there was "heat only" for the house (what it says on the 1st thermostat). We put that because tenants were trying to adjust that thermostat for the A/C and its for the heat only not both. When I had gone there I noticed the A/C was still off. #2 Bedbugs...I hate bugs. We stay here ourselves. (It was my parents house). I think we both know the house DOES NOT HAVE BEDBUGS! When we had bought the mattresses I had installed a protective barrier on each for preventing this very problem. The property never had and hopefully never will have any bedbugs. So when you made that statement, I went down as soon as I was able to inspect the premises and there was no evidence of any bed bugs. But, because we rent, I hired a professional service to inspect which also found: "At this time on June 4, 2022 I did not find any bedbugs at this time or any activity or any evidence of them being here." Some people, including us, get bit by bugs at the beach (I now use OFF at beach which helps). #3 The cameras outside of house are for security purposes and obviously can not see in the enclosed outside shower. I wished you had called, texted or emailed. It would had been a much more enjoyable stay. By the way you left some clothes in the washer and dryer which I finished and folded.
