Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Other Things to Note:
You will be greeted by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival, thereafter we are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text.

Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available in the living room.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.

To get there use Jefferson which turns into PGA Blvd, follow it all of the way to Palmer Security Gate, and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the Security Guard at the gate.

Please leave garbage cans on the side of the property as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 am. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will issue fines. If possible, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If possible, it would be a great help if a load of laundry could be started.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

The golf course is private property, if you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course, the HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.
