Dès que vous entrez dans la belle cour avec cheminée et auvent, vous serez émerveillés! Un côté de la cour est la casita avec sa propre entrée séparée et à travers la cour la porte d'entrée vous invite à l'intérieur où vous entrerez dans un mur de verre et votre vue de vacances de la piscine, spa, aménagement paysager et vue spectaculaire de la Santa Rosa Montagnes et 18ème trou du parcours du tournoi Nicklaus. Une des meilleures caractéristiques de cette maison est la cour exposée au nord-est et la piscine avec une étagère de bronzage, des jouets pour la piscine, un trou pour le maïs et de nombreuses places assises ... même dans la piscine!

Idéale pour travailler ou se détendre, la configuration de cette maison offre plusieurs zones pour utiliser votre ordinateur portable avec le wifi haut débit et un amplificateur de signal cellulaire indispensable. Les canapés et les sièges du bar sont disponibles dans trois zones distinctes, tout en bénéficiant d’une vue imprenable sur le plein air si vous avez besoin de travailler ou si vous voulez simplement vous détendre à l’intérieur.

La salle familiale dispose d'une SmartTV de 65 pouces avec câble standard et vous permet de vous connecter à vos propres comptes en ligne. Vous pouvez également profiter de votre musique sur le son surround car il se connecte facilement à Bluetooth.

Spacious home with a beautiful view!

The layout of the home worked great with our family of six, giving us plenty of space! The house was spotless and the view breathtaking! We spent most of our time in the backyard using the pool/spa and enjoying the view of the mountains and golf course. I highly recommended this home!

Beautiful Clean Comfortable

We have stayed in PGA West a number of times and this home was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. If you've stayed in PGA West before you know it can be a maze until you figure it out. We really appreciated the house location to the gate. We like looking at the golf course & the view is great from this home. The pool was also very clean and the settings were easy to operate. We traveled from Seattle and spent a week. We would return to this home. The messaging from the host was excellent.

What a great experience! House was super clean, well-stocked, and a beautiful location. Pool and hot tub are massive and the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a VRBO property. Host was an excellent communicator and available to contact if needed. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and concise. We will definitely be back.

I have to say this is one of the best homes I’ve stayed at in Palm Springs. It’s four houses down from the clubhouse, location was magnificent, but most importantly it was well organized, and The house was immaculate. The rules were easy to follow and the instructions for the hot tub were very good. The kitchen have everything we needed. It was well stocked. It was nice to have both of our cars able to go in the garage. We each had our own garage door opener.We only used 2 of the bedrooms, so I used the Casita for meditation in the morning. It has its own fireplace. Every night we watched the moonrise in the sunset while people were trying to get their last holes in for the day on the 18th hole the Nicholas course.My husband, love the coffee machine and they supply paper cups for him to get his coffee and go

Golf trip

Excellent location close to the main club house for both Nicholas and stadium courses. The home exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, functionality and room to spread out with 2 20 year old sons. As an architect, I torment myself and my family in pointing our every flaw, crack in the wall, bad material choices, maintenance issues, design layout problems etc. that I find anywhere we vacation- it really drives my family nuts! I found none of that here, I was able to relax instead of determining the problem and the solution - tormented as mentioned. The place was really nice, maintained well and super clean. The communication with Linda was excellent as well. We would stay here again

A True Desert Gem

This property was every bit of a slice of heaven. Before even arriving, communication with the property host is well established. Any questions I may have had, she answered them quickly. A survey came asking a few questions on our needs before we even arrived. The home is exactly as pictured. It is so comfortable, you have everything you could need. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, and even spices! The closests have tons of extra blankets and pillows. Throughout the home are so many seating areas set up you truly can just sit down and relax! Outside… the quiet, the view and the pool. It doesn’t get better!! There are umbrellas to set up for shade, extra pool rafts in the garage and a Baja shelf and stools in the pool. You can spend all day outside! Our best desert getaway yet. We can’t wait to come back!!

Tranquility on the fairway

One of the best views on the PGA compound. The pool area was delightful. Nice large pool and patio. Lovely to sit outside and watch the pelicans in the pond and the golfers meandering by. Careful of the stray golf ball! Lovely large master bedroom and bathroom. Linda is very professional and every question was answered and every need met. Pricey but worth it.

Fabulous Home on the PGA Nicholas Tournament Course

Our family and friends had a had a great vacation at this beautiful home over looking the18th fairway and green of the Nicholas Tournament Course. We enjoyed walking down to Ernie’s for breakfast. Linda was available and helpful for any questions we had concerning the home.,. We would definitely stay here again!!

There are cameras, and listening devices everywhere, owners were rude, called us while at Ruths Chris steakhouse and accused us of having strippers at the house, we will never stay here again, EVER!

Bob, there are Rings cameras on the front of the property and pool equipment, as is indicated on the listing and house rules, which you acknowledged. It’s not our fault if you can’t read. There were unauthorized guests at the property which were snuck in past the guard gates, hence the reason for the phone call. I’m glad you will not stay here as you would never be allowed to not should any host open up their home to you. Be thankful we didn’t cancel your reservation immediately after you trespassed into our backyard four hours before the normal check-in and two hours before the early check-in we gave you.

The property was perfect for our needs. Large and open floor plan. Proximity and access to the Tournament Clubhouse was a huge plus. Perfect for a golf getaway and we enjoyed the pool and spa. Linda and her team were responsive and attentive to all of our requests.

Great home, great location, great experience!

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to after staying at this wonderful home. This home was in excellent condition situated on the 18th hole of the Nicklaus course with a very short walk to the club house and restaurant. Beautiful views with a great pool /jacuzzi and patio furniture. Interior was very nicely decorated, fully furnished and a spacious floor plan. Owners were great and definitely plan to spend many more trips there.

Wow - what a great experience. The house was stunning: great views, big/beautiful pool, exceptionally well maintained, everything seemed new and in perfect condition. The location was outstanding - golf course, lake, and mountain views and the clubhouse and restaurant was a very short walk down the street - making it easy to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great Weekend Away

First like all reviews is this a standard "Everything was Great" review well yes and no. I try and give honest reviews and this place pleased all of the parties. I have stayed at many many away spots for work and pleasure as well as the others in my party provide retail hospitality and have a little higher standard when it comes to what is provided. That where this review changes. To make a long story short View=Great day or night, especially at dawn and sunsets. House/Rooms= The pictures do not do it justice. The master + bath 10/10 with the view. KItchen/Bar since we again come from the food world(2 chefs/owner 7 foodies) surprised us with first service for 8 and all the pans we needed. The Bar icemaker and additional cold storage big plus. So yes we will be coming back and relax even more as it have all we will need to make that happen. Did I mention there is good golf at PGA West (2 of 6 courses)check in 100 yards away.
