HOUSE RULES:
•   Maximum occupancy limit: 10 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•   No invited Guests are allowed.
•   To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•   No smoking allowed
•   Minimum age to rent is 21
•   All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•   Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•   No pets allowed.
•   Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•   Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay.
•   We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

South Padre Island never gets old. It’s this timeless island full of fun for everyone. It has many things for you and your loved ones to enjoy and most of them involve nature. A beautiful place to make memories. Watch an amazing sunrise on the beach or catch the most breathtaking sunset by the bay. Go for a fun day of fishing (deep-sea fishing, deck fishing), boat rides, surfing, kite surfing, (The ocean is always an adventure!) Horseback riding with the fam, birdwatching, water parks, bicycle rides among so many other activities. There are several restaurant options for you to choose from, the food on the island is always fresh and offers a wide variety of choices for you to enjoy. If you can, cross the bridge to Port Isabel where you will find fresh prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo too. Let´s South Padre!

Great spot- needs a little TLC

We stayed here with three couples-it worked great with each bedroom having its own bath. Beds were comfortable, but sheets kept coming off (need bigger pocket sheets). There were a lot of bulbs burned out, especially in the bathrooms, making them dark. Bedroom shades didn’t work or were broken. Closet doors were off tracks, and main patio doors didn’t lock. We also found a broken glass under the bed in one room, and we cleaned a couple lights. We enjoyed the location and walking on the beach every morning. The pools were nice, but cool. Hot tub was great. Like I said, the place was good but just needed some TLC.

We enjoyed a family vacation with adults and babies. This property certainly met our needs of 4 bedrooms that were able to accommodate pack and plays. There is only 1 tub, but we made that work. The floors are tile, and there is only 1 rug in the room with a single queen (or double?), and the floors were quite chilly. I would suggest you bring slippers or some other foot covers. Since the floors are tile and there were no rugs, the sound did carry, especially for the primary suite. The kitchen was very well stocked for just about any cooking you might want to do, and we took every advantage for breakfast. The washer & dryer were so helpful for our family-we seemed to be washing clothes and towels all the time. The black out shades work really well. The pools and hot tubs were never very busy when were there, but still nice to have. The beachfront was super relaxing, and yet pretty easy to manage strollers for beach access. The beaches there are so nice. The water is very shallow-a great first experience for our babies to experience the ocean (yes-Gulf of Mexico). the
