Hébergement en copropriété de luxe dans un magnifique complexe en bord de mer. Excellentes vues, grande piscine, piscine pour enfants, bain à remous, salle d'exercice, équipement de jeu pour enfants et courts de tennis. L'emplacement est au centre de la grande station balnéaire et de la zone de divertissement. Situé 1. 3 miles au nord du pont sur le front de mer.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was perfect for us 5 girls. Roccy & Diann were the best hosts. We needed an extra blow dryer & they brought a brand new one right over! Communication was amazing. We will definitely stay there again for our girls trip to Padre every year! Thank you Roccy & Diann for everything.

The Best Experience

My family and I had the best experience with this Condo! It was my 2nd time staying and my families 1st! The Condo is beautiful, clean, and just what we needed! The view on the balcony is fabulous the pools and the beach were outstanding! Can't say enough about the accommodations! The Hosts are fantastic and very responsive! We will definitely be back!

Overall stay was great. Room was spacious and as expected. No surprises. Great communication.

We have stayed at this property before, just not this condo, so we knew what to expect. Only disappointment was they closed the pool and hot tub for extensive repairs. It would have been nice to know that ahead of ti e.

The property was well maintained. We especially felt comfortable with security guards on property.There was ample parking for residents and guests.Beach space was somewhat limited as the condo association had owner umbrellas up early and they were never fully utilized. Guests were required to supply their own beach umbrellas/tents and find space often behind other guests or the owner umbrellas. we were issued wrist bracelets and required to wear them, but we noticed many guests coming onto the property and up from the beach without the wrist bands. All entries were gated and required codes. The trash room for bulky trash and large card board boxes was frequently locked. The bathrooms were conveniently located near the beach access. All hoses were present and working to facilitate quick wash downs of salty sand. Excellent property.

Great Place at SPI

This condo is exactly as the pictures. Additionally there are many useful things for a comfortable stay at the beach: chairs, beach cart, beach towels and so on. Would definitely come back.

Memories Made!

The property was all it was described as. Ocean Vista personnel were very friendly. Very clean complex. We enjoyed our ocean side deck, with beautiful furniture to relax in! Heated kiddie pool was awesome for the Grandbaby! Well equipped for a week of fun!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation here. Very easy access to the beach. Showers and hoses to get the sand off prior to going back to the condo. Nice pool and hot tub facilities. Beautifully appointed condo and very well maintained building and grounds.

Our stay was perfect. Plenty of room for our whole family and dogs. Quick beach access and pool area was nearby. The sound of the elevator was a little annoying, but I would consider rebooking again.

What a wonderful place to stay. It had everything a person needed, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and towels. Every morning my family set outside to watch the sun rise before breakfast. Great memories with our family.

Loved our stay!

The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. We loved our stay. The condo is in a great location for families. The parking for extra cars was confusing, it states extra cars have to park outside of the gate but that is not the case. They can park inside the gate just not in the numbered spaces. Not a complaint just a little confusing. The pool was clean as they clean it daily. We have no complaints. Very beautiful property.

Family vacation at South Padre

This place is so awesome! 3 bedrooms, 3 separate baths! Kitchen is huge, the place is decorated so nice. The views were awesome. Everything was furnished. The kitchen supplies were fantastic, pots, pans etc. including utensils. The beach is right there and the complex is maintained perfectly. It was really quiet and close to so much! You could walk to the grocery store, cafe and coffee shop! Parking was easy and great. We felt very secure! If I had to search for any improvement it would be to have a full size ironing board. The owners are so nice! We will be a return renter again! Thanks so much for the great place! Anyone looking for perfection, right on the beach, look no further!

Smooth and lovely experience

My family rented this top floor condo overlooking S. Padre Island gulf side beach at my 93 year old mother’s request to put her feet in the sea one more time. The accessibility of property was great, the elevator ran well with a nice view of the area, it had safe covered parking, easy access to beach and gorgeous view from top 12th floor of condo building. There were plenty of towels, kitchen appliances and cookware, pleasant living area, comfy beds and nice chairs overlooking water. I was a little intimidated by rules, etc. in contract but I understood when explaining to my family. Hosts were very responsive to questions and I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't ask for a better place!

We are five senior ladies who take a trip to a warm place every February. This was our first time in South Padre. We could not have asked for a better accommodation! The views from the balcony were wonderful. We watched the sunrise every morning and caught the full moon rise over the water too! With three bedrooms and three baths, we were all very satisfied. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living area allowed for comfortable seating for everyone. The location was perfect. We walked to the grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. We could walk on the beach for hours (and did!). The hot tub was nice (but we wished the pool had been heated). Others mentioned the sound of the elevator. It's true, but you get used to it. Everyone remarked again and again during the week that we were just so happy to have landed at this condo! Thank you to our hosts!!!

This property is AMAZING!

My husband and I decided to get away for a few days and go to South Padre for a quick beach fix. He always likes hotels best, but, I wanted to rent a condo this time. And, we are both glad we did! The pictures don't do this property justice. It is immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to spend time there whether you are a couple, group of friends or family. The view is what hits you when you walk into the door. Wall to wall glass looking out on the ocean. HUGE lanai that is always shaded, all the appointments you'd want to relax outside. It was just us and our two wee dogs (8 lbs and 11 lbs) and the owners were fine with us bringing them, just make sure you follow directions and get approval first. We are nappers. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which were cool and could be darkened for afternoon naps. I'm not sure I have napped so much in years, but, it was great to do so. While we did not use them, they have tons of beach chairs and other items one might want to use on the beach. The pool was lovely and refreshing and NOT crowded, which was great. The condo association obviously takes great care of the grounds. There is tennis, there is a dog park, it is literally just 3 blocks from our favorite breakfast place, The Grapevine. I know I am gushing, but, these property owners have the process streamlined and great communication. We have already started looking at when we may return.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great location. We did a multigenerational family trip with ages ranging from 70's to an infant and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The view from the balcony alone was worth it, but the place was also super clean and well maintained.

We had family that wintered in South Texas for many years before we decided to purchase our place on South Padre Island. During our visits we decided that we love the ocean. The sounds, the activities, and the South Padre beach in particular are what draw us to this area. We have spent many happy days on the island since we purchased the unit. We look forward to more winter relief once we both retire.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Ocean Vista because of it's location. Right on the ocean but you can also see the bay and the fireworks from the front. Sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the afternoon. It is within walking distance of anything you need: grocery store, bars, and restaurants and shopping. Well kept building and grounds in a great location with a beach to walk and play on right outside your door.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have been able to enjoy time with family and friends while we enjoy the South Texas area. We especially enjoy long walks on the beach, watching our grandchildren play in the sand and spending time in the pool and the hot tub. Children and grandchildren grow up too fast so it is great to spend time with all of them. It is wonderful that they all enjoy their time here, too.

We also enjoy dolphin watching and fishing in the bay and the ocean. There are so many good restaurants where we can get fresh seafood whenever we want it.
