Superbe maison en bord de mer avec plein océan et vue sur la plage! Cette maison de plage de luxe a des commodités à gogo! La maison dispose de 4 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Chaque chambre est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La grande chambre principale donne sur les plages de sable doré de l'ßle South Padre. Cette maison a une piscine privée et un bain à remous et offre un accÚs à la plage privée de la cour!

Excellente retraite pour un couple ou pour une famille cherchant à profiter de tous les aspects de la vie à la plage. Que vous souhaitiez recevoir des amis ou faire de longues promenades sur la plage, c’est la vie insulaire à son meilleur!

Totally satisfied. We arrived early and SPI Rentals worked with us to get in the house ahead of check in. The entire process from check in to checkout was simple. We had one issue which was handled quickly and efficiently. The property was clean and well maintained. SPI Rentals will be our agency from now on.

The perfect beach house

The location couldn't be better and having a private hot tub and pool in view of the gulf is amazing! It's our fifth visit and will be back again next birthday.

Perfect winter retreat!

We rented this beautiful ocean front home for a month in February. We rented thru SPI Rentals and Marina was so great to work with, as she listened to our wants and needs and helped us find this wonderful place. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. When we did have a small maintenance issue, SPI was right on it and a shout out to David for being a great help to us. The communication with all of the representatives at SPI was immediate and very friendly. Thank you to all of you who made our time in South Padre the best yet and we will see you again next year, if not before.

Family Christmas to New Year Vacation

The property was everything we thought it would be. We enjoyed, walks on the beach, as well as playing in the pool and sitting in the hot tub in the evening, watching this sunrise and moon coming up almost every day.

Beach Paradise

The house is wonderful & we spent hours in the pool & hot tub. Being able to see the Gulf from wherever we were is always very special. This was our fourth visit to celebrate birthdays, & we're already booked for the next one.

Fabulous Accommodations - Perfect for kids and larger families

We were simply thrilled with the accommodations. The minimalist decor made managing small children much easier than other homes and the kitchen was well-stocked. The house, patio, and pool were sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable. At one point we had an issue with the fridge (as can happen) and management was responsive and had it fixed in impressive time. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Beautiful beach house!

House was beautiful, clean, and there was enough towels for all guests for the entire duration of our stay. Kitchen had everything! Beds and bedding were beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of seating by the pool. Lovely view.

3 generations of family (senior mid aged and young adults) had a wonderful time at this spacious, lovely condo on the beach. Only disappointment was small size of pool.

Family Beach vacation

Family of six. Vacation/reunion. Clean spacious property, Near everything. Great beach views and access. Easily operable, hot tub. Property host with quick response and easy contact. Only deficit is lack of some usual amenities. You will have to bring your own salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters, beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc. but overall, great times!

Great property, great service

First time to SPI, but it won't be our last. The property easily accommodated 6 adults and two young children. Spacious, walk onto the beach, a nice plunge pool w/spa, well-equipped. I asked if the propane bottle had enough gas, they checked it and ended up bringing a new gas grill because they thought the one there looked bad. What service! Great job, guys.

The residence itself was beautiful however SPI service was poor and maintenance appeared to be lacking. Spa nor pool would heat and only after second day, and much frustration, was it fixed. Contacting someone for maintenance via the phone or text was virtually impossible. Only way to talk to someone regarding maintenance was to go to the office and later found selecting make a reservation via the phone system would get an answer. Leaving messages did not work.

Pros: Private pool and hot tub were a very nice feature. The views and access to the beach were fantastic. The garage was a bonus, considering the extreme slope of the short driveway. Location is great. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Nice outdoor furniture. Cons: Condo was not the cleanest and living room furniture wasn't the most comfortable. TV remote needs batteries replaced. Kitchen needs a pizza cutter. Refrigerator didn't keep food very cold and freezer didn't keep foods frozen even though dials were at the coldest setting. Quiet conversations in the living room and the TV were heard in each of the four upstairs bedrooms, making it difficult to fall asleep. There were no hand rails on the hot tub or pool making it difficult for an older person to enter or exit.

We had a great time!

The house was in great condition. We had a wonderful stay. At one point the garage door messed up and was stuck half open/half closed. It happened late at night when we were preparing for bed. We called SPI Rentals at 7:30 am the next morning and by 8:15am they were there to temporarily fix it. Super quick response. The AC downstairs was also not cololing as much as we'd like and they fixed that issue as well. They had the the garage door left open for us until they were able to get a part in two days later to fix it. Very happy with the whole situation. My only complaint would be that the pool water was too warm for me but the kids seemed to love it and we did have the ocean. Would definitely recommend to others to stay here and would return myself!

The condo was nice. We are use to renting from individual owners vs. a rental company. This was nice, but in the future I will stick to individual renters. While nice, it lacks a home feeling. W the kitchen was stocked ok with pots, pans, etc. but not nothing else. When you fly that means you have to buy everything. With individual they usually have things like salt and pepper, oil, basics you need to get through a week. Pool towels would be a nice touch. I would say this was between average and above average. There are some maintenance things that are ridiculous that just take this property down a notch that would take 15 minutes and $20 to fix. Also, replace the appliances. I would agree with some others, this is not a luxury rental. We did have a good time.

Very relaxing family vacation

This is a great beach rental for families. It is right on the beach so easy to go back and forth to the condo. Also, having a pool, the kids could go from the beach to the pool and late afternoon the pool was in the shade so after a long day at the beach they could still be in the water but out of the sun. The condo had everything needed for a week's long stay, including beach toys. We cooked in all but one night and had ample dishes to use. It was a very relaxing family vacation.
