A wonderful rental!

GREAT location. The view of the ocean from the porch balcony (& also the window in the main bedroom) is perfect. From sitting on balcony, we could easily see the two 13 year old boys at the beach. There is one road to cross, but there was very little traffic at all. It’s a quick walk from this unit, down 1 flight of steps, across a small road and there are multiple access walkways available to the beach. Just minutes of a walk to touch the ocean. There was no problem at all with cleanliness at our arrival. We had no issues with appliances, or anything like that. Easy entry with key lock (once we figured it out)- some of the documents we got were conflicting information, but I’m sure that was due to the rental company having many locations, so some documents are “canned” .. but they were also very responsive (both via phone call and text message) - so I was impressed with that from a large rental company. The beach was never crowded like other areas of Myrtle beach. - 2 nice size closets (1 in each bedroom) - tons of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cleaning supplies, brooms, etc, had extra blankets and pillows - had little shampoos, conditioners, soaps - plenty of towels, rags (bring beach towels) - standard coffee pot, hooks on balcony for drying clothes - family friendly area - Access to balcony/porch through main bedroom plus living room Highly recommend this rental!
