This bright and spacious condo is located at Sandcastle II, one of the three most popular beach front vacation buildings in Indian Shores. The amenities at this well maintained property are endless! The community features a beautiful large pool deck with loungers, direct waterfront heated pool and a hot tub. A nice BBQ area beach side with two Gas grills and a charcoal grill with tables are available for our tenants’ use. For added convenience, the building has two elevators.

The condo’s beautifully decorated living area, dining room and kitchen, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This recently updated condo has a large beach front balcony with breathtaking views of the beach and the ocean. It’s an awesome spot to start your days with a morning coffee, relax with a good book and enjoy a fruity cocktail after a day of fun and sun while watching the famous Florida West Coast sunsets. The living area is newly furnished and nicely decorated with a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features newer stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends. Wake up to the sound of the waves in the main bedroom in your comfy King sized bed with sliding doors opening up to the large beach front balcony. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 Full sized beds, the 3rd bedroom features 2 Twin sized beds. This amazing place also features full washer/dryer in the condo, free WiFi and free assigned covered parking for one car. The perfect vacation home away from home for a family or group of friends!

We know the main attraction here are the calm clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white shores where you can swim, sunbathe, beachcomb, and relax as you please. However, there are endless places, restaurants, and activities at laid back Indian Shores you must try while staying here. Nearby you can find a handful of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog & Parrot Beach Pub, and more! If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. For a thrilling experience visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, approximately an hour drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. Perfect location. Unit needs some work.

The location was perfect! We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the unit- e.g., water bottles under bed, missing blinds in the living room, as well as missing curtains in bedrooms and an ironing board covered with sand. We never opened the blinds because it was so hot. We also never left the door open. The condo stayed about 77 degrees in the evening and throughout the night. The balcony also needs some work, very dated furniture and the floor needs painted. Only one critique of the entire sand castle II building was that only one elevator worked the entire week until our last night there. Would love to stay at sand castle again because of the great location, and nice pool area, but maybe a different unit.

Perfect views

Family- friendly amenities and community amongst the condo. Rental company was super friendly and communicative. The unit was great- well stocked- clean. The master shower had one sliding door, which was odd and caused water to get out and cleaned up afterward. Beautiful beach, however surprised by the amount of trash. I’ve visited for years, and never seen so much trash. Pool/hot tub were great, however the pool/common grounds could use more attention (wiping/sanitizing tables, keeping pool clean daily)- the pool light came out twice, which was concerning- but repaired the next day. Overall- we would stay at this condo in a heartbeat!

On the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was spotless - something I've never said about an Airbnb property before. It's large and well equipped. The master bed is very soft but there is a thick sponge pad that you could remove and remake the bed without it. The kitchen had everything we needed however the pans need to be replaced. The nonstick surface is so damaged that I struggled to find one to use. Having a dedicated parking space is great. The numbers are not sequential but you'll find the spot 2nd from the far end on the right hand side. The pool was freezing although it's supposed to be heated. Some people used the pool next door at Sandcastle 111 which was a lot warmer. There are no swim towels so bring your own. It was great being able to walk directly onto the beach. We would stay there again.

Great Location and View. Unit needs TLC

We had a good stay overall! Would Stay at this property again but not this unit until it gets some TLC and a deep clean. Upon arrival there were many items broken or not properly working. One of those was master toilet. Second bath faucet handle came off in our hand during the stay. Broken drawer fronts in bedroom etc. I let the management company know but not until our departure so that they would clean them up before the next renter. In my opinion they should have been taken Care of before we arrived. They also need a new cleaning service. I found items placed back in kitchen and bedroom that were not cleaned. I.e. tea mugs plates and linens. Again the unit has a great view and we made it work. We had a good stay. But I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean and hubby fixed toilet and shower.
