Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Disappointed

Pictures look better than the actual condo. Outdated & rundown. Bird sanctuary next door smells. Place needs a deep scrubbing. Mold in shower ceiling. Cracked floor tiles. Dirt and dust in the ceiling vents.

Very nice, well-maintained condo right on the beach.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and well-stocked with various amenities (kitchen necessities, beach towels, chairs, and cart). The owner has obviously kept on top of maintenance, as we did not notice much wear-and-tear that usually comes with rentals. The rooms were more spacious than expected. We comfortably fit 2 adults and 3 teenagers in the unit. The patio offers a nice view of the sunset in the evenings. The pool area was also clean and enjoyable, with three fully functioning gas grills that we took advantage of. We would stay here again.

Family Vacation

The location was perfect and the area was quiet and family friendly. The condo was comfortable and we slept well. We had a little trouble locating the code to get into the actually building and we never did find extra sheets for the twin pull out bed. The kids didn’t mind as we used extra blankets from the other bedrooms; would have been nice to had them though . We would certainly come back, loved Indian Shores!

Great View

The condo was very clean and well equipped. Furniture was modern and comfortable. Really enjoyed the view with morning coffee on the deck and then wonderful sunsets in the evening. Overall a great stay!

Beachview 3ish bedroom unit on Indian Rocks Beach

The view of the pool and ocean were superb. Good amenities (beach chairs, pool chairs, volleyball net). While we didn't use because our kids are older, care was taken to provide children's beach toys, puzzles and games (we did play Clue, but I can't remember who did it now .. or where ...or with what). Unit was clean as was the property overall. Location is close enough to walk to restaurants (I recommend Board and Broke). The 1 bedroom off kitchen was small, but my 14 year old was good with it ...was fine to sleep and change and get away for some privacy and to watch some TV before bed ...too small for jazercise. Everything worked and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Communication was very good before, during and after. Iwould definitely stay again. I think any family looking for a longish stay on the beach will be very happy here.

Terrible company to go through.

Well I have to leave a review, we made a reservation for last week a couple months ago. Unfortunately due to the hurricane hitting Florida and half the state being apart of a mandatory evacuation we had to cancel our trip. We were only going down for a wedding. This company will not give us our money back, even though we could not LEGALLY go down. The company will not give us our money back. They tried offering different dates for us at the end of the month. But the room is 800$ cheaper than what we paid for. So they are getting a better deal on their end. We are disputing this with our credit card company. We will not pay these people for a trip we did not go on. And we do not plan on going back down to Tampa any time soon. Especially when it was for a wedding that we were not able to go to. We have a rental property in Daytona Beach and anyone who had a reservation with us we gave them all their money back. WHETHER OR NOT THEY HAD TRIP INSURANCE. I am telling everyone to never go through this company. This company is even banned from the condo in which we own our own property and rent out to people as well.

Clean and excellent view

Very nice and clean upon arrival! Beautiful view of the gulf, and you could see the pool if you wanted to as well. Biggest complaint is the listed 3rd “bedroom” is very hard to use as a bedroom. There is a bed, closet, and window so technically it’s a bedroom. However the laundry is in this room making it very difficult to find a time to do laundry especially if children are sleeping here. There also is not a real door - it’s a barn style door with 3 large non-see through glass panels (so all the light from kitchen/living space comes straight in). The door also has a 1 in. gap around it all the way so noise travels in very easily and is loud. Again, making it hard to use the kitchen at night because of light and sound. The other two bedrooms were very nice and definitely matched description.

Family vacation 2022

Condo was exactly as advertised. Everything a family could want or need was provided. Five plus stars on cleanliness. The view was amazing. I would stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing condo! Problem…Upon arrival we were unable to get in, the code did not work. Our reservation was through VRBO, but unfortunately we had been transferred to VACASA two weeks before our arrival date, because of some computer problems VRBO was having, so I called them. We were told a service person would be there in 15 min. Forty five min later no one had shown up. I had my 88 year old father and 8 month old granddaughter, hot and tired from the flight and standing in the heat waiting to get in. There isn’t a lobby to wait in. I called back, while on that call, a call from a VACASA rep beeped in. She was able to remotely open the door and gave us a code for the lock box so we would have a key, instead of using the key pad. She was super friendly and helpful. She told me we would be comped for that day. Well we were not and no one appears to know anything about it. I have always and will always go through VRBO and hopefully never get transferred to VACASA again. Donna T

Great Place

Great place to stay right on the Beach. Beautiful sunsets from the spacious balcony. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed and very comfortable beds! Walking distance to many area restaurants as well. We have a wonderful time celebrating my fathers 80th Birthday. Would definitely stay here again!! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
