Découvrez la vraie Floride en vivant dans cette charmante propriété en bord de mer! Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain a un salon et une salle à manger spacieux et spacieux, une cuisine bien approvisionnée et magnifiquement rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit, un décor charmant du salon. Chaque condo dispose de 2 balcons à utiliser, l'un de la chambre principale et l'autre donnant sur le golfe du Mexique! Cet emplacement est parfait pour une escapade en famille car il y a un parc à l'avant de la propriété et une piscine et la plage à l'arrière! Unité n ° 2 est 1 volée d'escaliers et sur le coin nord. Viens jouer sur nos plages aujourd'hui !! VEUILLEZ NOTER: Ceci est une propriété totalement non fumeur. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur à cet endroit, seulement des escaliers pour y accéder. Cette propriété permet des séjours plus courts à certaines périodes de l’année. S'il vous plaît nous contacter pour plus de détails.

Sunset Villas est une propriété unique et adorable en bord de mer à Redington Shores. Cet emplacement comprend 4 unités de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain, chacune ayant un balcon semi-privé en front de mer depuis le salon ainsi qu'un balcon privé à l'avant du condo. Chaque condo présente un décor de plage confortable, une laveuse et une sécheuse individuelles, un parking sur place et chacun pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Vous trouverez sur place une piscine privée chauffée, un accès direct à la plage, une aire de jeux de l'autre côté de la rue pour les enfants, un barbecue au charbon de bois et une terrasse pour les repas en soirée ainsi que tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances inoubliables à la plage. Vous trouverez le village de John’s Pass à environ 5 miles au sud, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants, d’activités nautiques et de divertissements pour tous. Envie de monter des montagnes russes en ville? Busch Gardens, à Tampa, est à environ une heure de route ou à proximité des parcs Disney et de toutes les autres attractions d’Orlando. L'aquarium de Floride à Tampa, l'aquarium de Clearwater (la maison de l'hiver, les dauphins), le casino Hard Rock, de magnifiques parcs d'État et des kilomètres de plages ne sont que quelques raisons de visiter nos plages du comté de Pinellas !!! We had a wonderful week at this condo and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely unbeatable… direct beach access made it so easy to spend our days soaking up the sun, and the views were just stunning. It felt very private and peaceful, which made for the perfect relaxing getaway.That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. We were surprised by the lack of basic cleaning supplies, which would have been helpful during a week-long stay. Additionally, some of the furniture felt worn and was starting to fall apart, and overall the unit is a bit dated. For the price point, we expected more updated accommodations and better upkeep.With that being said, we would absolutely come back. Now that we know what to expect, we’d just plan ahead—bringing a few extra cleaning supplies and maybe even a Keurig. Overall, we loved our time here and made so many great beach memories. With a few upgrades and added attention to detail, this place could easily be a 5-star experience.

Great rental, nice beachfront condo with great view!

Other than having to go down to St. Pete's beach for the keys, we were very happy with the condo. A lockbox at the unit would be great. It was out of our way to have to drive south to drop off the keys and go back north to St. Pete's airport. It adds about 20 unnecessary minutes to our trip. The condo was clean and very comfortable.

The unit was clean, quiet, and easily accessible to the beach. Very nice covered area by the grill, which came in handy when it rained. It's a charcoal grill, not gas, so come prepared. The unit could have used a couple more chairs, but for 2 people, we had plenty of furniture.

Ehh

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Also the fact that there’s only 4 total condos in the building. However the pool was dirty and the jets didn’t work. We liked the fact that we had 2 balconies but if the people above us dropped anything or were drying their bathing suits on the beach facing balcony the water/dirt would drip onto you and/your table.

Amazing Vacation

The place always feels like home no matter which unit I have stayed in. The only issues that I had were with some maintenance of the unit, Refrigerator, balcony door, shower head, all of which aren't difficult fixes. I only wish that small pets were allowed. Love this place though.

Nice Location, Needs Some Work

This is an older property that needs some TLC. The back railing was so loose I would not let my children on that balcony. The patio furniture was stained with mildew. The door lockset was loose and needed to be tightened. Check-in and check-out is not at all convenient. You must drive 20 minutes to the property manager’s office to pick up and drop off keys. Upgrading to a digital lock would drastically improve the process. The location is nice and my children enjoyed the beach and nearby park.

Nice getaway

Nice, roomy unit and large countertop area. Pots and pans were sufficient but you need to bring your own sugar, salt & pepper. No inventory of that kind was available as I have had in other rentals. Pool was dirty - needed to be vacuumed badly. No one came in the four days we were there. I will agree with the other reviews that having to drive 20+ minutes out of the way to retrieve the keys and return them was an unnecessary inconvenience for 2023....time to update to a keypad already. Great access to the beach and nice view from the deck. Small playground available within walking distance.

Great location but no private view of beach

Pros: good location, 3 beds, washer dryer & clean. Great communication by rental company. Nice size kitchen. Comfy furniture. Cons: scratchy sheets, no privacy for beach view. You and your neighbor will share same balcony. When you want to drink coffee in peace you will see and hear your neighbor. Only 1 tv for your condo. Check in and check out inconvenient. Also the fridge & freezer does not cool down for 2 days… so all ice cream will melt & some of your food will go bad. No extra blankets or pillows.

While the unit was clean, I never saw anyone attend to the pool during our stay and it needed a good cleaning. The pool deck area also needed to be cleaned up as the occupants from the previous week left a large amount of beach toys scattered around the pool. We also had 3 different mainteance/contract workers show up to do work. 2 of the 3 were unannounced and didn't really seem to care that we were on vacation. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently spent a week in this unit for the fourth. It was nice, spacious, clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is that the people upstairs had children that they couldn't control. The kids ran and jumped non stop. We ourselves had two children of very similar ages, and i know for a fact that we made sure ours did not create such havoc. We would love to return, but we will make sure to select unit 3 or 4. Because even after talking to the adults upstairs 2 times, nothing changed. and it was all hours and unfortunately did not make for a very relaxing time.

MOLDY AND DIRTY

If you do not want to have a bad vacation, stay somewhere else. This place is dirty, moldy and wore out. We checked in at night and when we arrive the place was dirty with blood stained bedding. Called the management company, they sent cleaners our but would not replace the bedding. The next day we noticed black mold coming out of the vents. The management company and the owner of this condo does not care about renters, only the money. We tried to work with them but no action on their end. We ended up checking out after the second night and going to another place. They refund zero of the 4 night rent money. I have stayed in many vrbos across the county and this place is by far the worst.

Good location

The unit is large for a two bedroom oceanfront, especially in Florida. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. You can’t beat the location and proximity to the beach. The view from the deck is great. Overall, a positive experience! However, I have to be honest with potential renters that may read reviews. There are some drawbacks to staying here: 1. Checking in and leaving. The lock box pickup is inconvenient as you have to drive out of your way to physically pickup and drop off keys. I haven’t had to use actual keys at a vacation property for several years. Not sure why they haven’t changed to keypad locks by now? 2. Lack of privacy inside and out. The walls are paper thin. Indoors, you can literally hear every word of conversation from the unit above or below, especially if the tv is off and no appliances are running. You pretty much share a deck with your neighbors on the same level as you. If you stay on the lower level, the folks above you have an unobstructed view into your place as they use the stairs. This is fine, if you have polite people staying above or beside you, we did not! Do not stay on the lower level if you don’t want to hear every footstep, chair pullout, or toilet flush the folks above you make. Also, if on the lower level, you can expect crumbs of food, any spills, and even dripping from wet swimsuits to rain down on you due to the near 1/2 inch gaps in the decking boards above you. 3. Uncomfortable furniture in the living area and on the deck. The only television was in the living area with none in either of the bedrooms. It would have been nice to drown out some of the neighbors noise with a tv in the bedroom. 4. The rusty interior of the drier drum stained the only load of laundry we attempted.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Sunset Villas location. Right on the beautiful west coast beach! The unit was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the inside as well as the balcony space.The only thing that was a little lack luster was the shower to rinse off from the beach. it didn't function very well, though there was a hose as well. A good working pull string shower head is a must have as you leave the beach to come inside.

Lovely vacation place

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, although the SAND was tracked into the condo, from the outside deck. there was so much sand on the floor we couldn't get rid of it. we used the hose and cleared moat of the sand out by the shower, however, it did no good, i tried to hose off the steps, hose was too short.sand was back within hours. i even rinsed the rug out by the steps, did no good, made the floors in the condo slippery, sand every where . some is to be expected. the only other thing was, there was no bath soap which i didn't bring, i asked the house keeper she gave us one tiny bar. other than that- It was great!

Best location ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House and location were awesome. The House could have been cleaner. When we walked on the floor feet became very dirty. Fans were little noisy but workable. There did not seem to be anyone in unit above us but we heard heavy foot steps late at night. We were thinking maybe there was a ghost walker?? However, would go back in a minute. The location was Excellent and the pool was warm and very nice. Would be good to have some beach chairs to take to the beach and a TV in the bed rooms. My husband and I got the twin beds which were ok. Recommend putting in a Queen or King bed. These are just minor issues as we absolutely loved the place and hope to return next year.
