As you walk in the front door you will be impressed! The ground level comprises of the open plan living area with spacious loungeroom and large screen tv, functional and well equipped kitchen as well as the dining area with seating for 8 and an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen bench. Off from the kitchen is the laundry, complete with a washing machine for your convenience.

There is also a bedroom with queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite on this level as well as a powder room.

The second level contains another spacious lounge room with large screen tv, and the remaining four bedrooms, the master bedroom with king bed, ensuite and walk-in robe, another with a queen bed, one with queen and single bed and the last one with a tri-bunk which is a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The main bathroom with full sized bath and separate toilet is also on this level. Relax on the front balcony and watch the world go by, this can be accessed from the master bedroom and lounge room.

With ducted heating throughout and split system cooling in the main areas, the home is cosy in winter and an entertainer's delight in summer.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
