Spacious ocean view beach house - sleeps 12

You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy.

Recently renovated in Hamptons style with new super comfy beds, large double bedrooms and plenty of room for big and small kids to roam. Also includes a desk, monitor, mouse and keyboard in case you need to get some work done.

Our stay at Jeremy's beautiful home was everything and more! Two separate living areas, a well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and spacious bedrooms this place has everything a big group could need. The fireplace was great for the chilly nights. The BBQ was perfect and the deck to relax on after a long day exploring had beautiful sea views on one side and rolling hills on the other. Our two small dogs settled right in straight away and loved the property. Will definitely stay here again, thanks Jeremy!

This was my second time staying here - the first was a girls trip and this time was with my family. The house is lovely - so warm and cosy with the fireplace and multiple split systems. The beds are very comfortable and Jeremy’s communication was excellent. It is in such a great spot - easy walk to coffee and beach. Thank you Jeremy - we hope to stay again soon

Amazing serene location

From the moment we booked for our pet friendly stay Jeremy the host provided brilliant communication to ensure that the moment we arrived we could settle in. The house is well appointed, fire place was wonderful for the winter stay. Rooms were clean well kept and bed was very comfortable. Only a quick stroll to Smiths beach and a cafe the same. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday filled with beautiful views, wildlife at your doorstep and games to keep you entertained on a rainy day if you don't feel like streaming something. Highly recommend

The house was ideal for the 8 of us with space to spare and reasonably close to all the local attractions.The rooms were well set up and amenities provided were excellent. The rain kept us indoors some of the time but the games provided kept us occupied.

Great spacious house right around the corner from the beach

The house is excellent for big groups. Plenty of space upstairs for everyone to gather around the TV to enjoy movies together or the games room downstairs. The check in process was seamless. And Jeremy provided plenty of detail about the house to ensure we could use all of the amenities correctly.

Excellent place to stay

Great house, great location, dog friendly. Second time staying here and we enjoyed it as much as the first. House has everything that you could possibly need, the beds are sooooo comfortable, great deck for relaxing and catching the sea breeze. Host is awesome and goes the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need. 5 minute walk to Smiths Beach - perfect!

Lovely home in Smith Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Smith Beach. Jeremy was lovely and allowed us to arrive while cleaners finishing off as we arrived a little early. This home has everything you would ever need for your stay! Modern kitchen and bathrooms and everything was spotless. Great location, walking distance to beautiful Smith Beach.Would definitely recommend staying here. We look forward to booking again in 2025.

Family Getaway

We stayed here last year with our adult children and their partners and loved it so much they wanted to return again this year. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well equiped and has plenty of room. This place has everything we needed. Communication with Jeremy was prompt and helpful. He even gave us a fantastic recommendation for a place to dine on Saturday night. We'll be staying again.

We are from Melbourne and enjoy getting down the to Island to relax, surf and swim at the beach and enjoy the local restaurants. Hosting allows us to share good times and promote the local community who are all just so friendly.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been going to Smiths Beach as a family for years and just love the timeless vibe of the area. The beach is very safe, patrolled in Summer and is just gorgeous. We have taught most of our younger relatives to surf here and even some adults.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house is recently renovated and has everything you need such as a very large fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, air fryer and large oven as well as a huge ocean facing upstairs deck. The deck is perfect for admiring the views and listening to the birds whilst sipping your morning coffee, cooking up a storm on the executive BBQ, or sharing a meal with friends at the outdoor dining table. During colder weather, the Coonara wood heater provides a perfect focal point to relax on the couch and watch a movie on the large TV or mix up a drink at the bar. And being just off the main street in a quiet part of Smiths Beach you are only a short walk from fresh coffee or the beach but never amongst the summer crowds.
