Cozy home located in the heart of Cowes close to the town centre.

***You can receive one additional free night with every booking (subject to availability). Please make the standard booking, let us know if you wish to check in a day early or check out a day later and we’ll block out the additional night***

Enjoy easy living with this unique getaway. A cute cottage with plenty of outdoor space. Set in a quiet residential street, the home is surrounded by friendly permanent residents. The house is fully renovated, fully furnished and tastefully presented to sleep up to 8 people. Ideally located in the heart of Cowes with easy access and a short stroll to the town centre, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and Cowes beach. It is also a 10 minute drive to the GP track.

The house has an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a Smart TV, WIFI, leading onto a large outdoor area from the living room. The house includes full laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully appointed with all of the creature comforts and equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, tea towels, full-sized microwave, coffee pod machine with an assortment of coffee pods for all tastes, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, full size fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and stove top.

Heating/Cooling

The home has a reverse cycle Daikin air conditioner and a wall-mounted heater and pedestal fan in each bedroom.

Outdoor

The outdoor area opens up from the living room with a spacious area for outdoor gatherings. The area is equipped with a 4 burner gas BBQ and a quality large outdoor setting (with umbrella available for use and stored in the shed). There is a storage shed to store bikes, surf boards or scooters.

Cozy Cowes Escape is configured to sleep any combination of adults and children.

Standard booking includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow covers, pillow protectors, towels and all bed sheets.

amazing location!! about 15 minute walk from main street, good location from the beaches and other attractions on the island. the house itself was also lovely and clean also had a nice atmosphere which was perfect for a little getaway with friends :)

Hidden Gem

Just off McKenzie Road is the cutest cozy cottage, boasting 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, cozy lounge and the cleanest bathroom & laundry. The house has absolutely everything you need including fabulous beds linen & cushions. Handy to everything, 15 min walk to beach, less than 5mins by car. We loved it. Lovely holiday getaway house

Lovely house and had everything you need. Location is amazing and we were down the road from where our 2 year old cat was staying in the cattery. The backyard was too muddy to go out and play in. Decent size block of you have children who love a playing outside. The security was amazing felt safe staying here. The games were fun to play with especially the wii. Clean House absolutely spotless. Perfect House for holiday or a weekend away. Will definitely be back.

Accurate description

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our four day MotoGP weekend at the single level Cozy Cowes and found the description we read on the website very accurate. The location suited us perfectly as it is very close to shop, eateries and RSLand an easy drive to the race track.

A great getaway

We had a lovely stay once again at this beautiful house a short walk away from Cowes town centre. Well-equiped with amenities, with great air conditioning, comfy beds and an outdoor dining area. The welcome pack and the teas and coffees were thoughtful and the space was clean and cozy! A great place for a getaway with family and friends.

Cozy and well located

My friends and I stayed here for our yearly trip, we had a blast. Beds are comfy and bedrooms are well kept, the air conditioning is amazing, especially on hot summer days. The outside dining area was a favourite among my friends and I. We loved staying here, the hosts are friendly and attentive, they seem like genuinely nice people. A big reccomend

Great Property

Well layed out, clean and well equipped. Checkin was easy and stress free. Nice touches from the hosts leaving some nibbles and wine as well as thoughtful inclusions like a WII to keep the kids occupied. Location was nice and central to Cowes and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Home away from Home

A great little stay for our girl's weekend but also perfect for families. The property had everything you need, was cosy and perfectly located to walk into Cowes township if you wished. We had a lovely time. Host's communication was excellent too.

Quick break

Great place to stay, enough room for the family without tripping over each other and pretty central to the whole island! Hosts were great at keeping in touch and making sure we had everything we needed.
