✧ Take a ferry to historic Devonport
Ferries depart for Devonport every 15 mins from the Queens Wharf ferry terminal. Devonport is one of the best-preserved Victorian & Edwardian shopping streets in Auckland. Enjoy the cafes, boutiques and antique shops.

✧ Take a stroll:
There is kilometre after kilometre of coastal and scenic paths to walk in Auckland. The most popular is the Waterfront walk alongside the Auckland Harbour. Follow the Red Fence for a historic view of the waterfront's development. Walk to Okahu Bay & Kelly Tarltons Aquarium.

✧ Mangawhai/Mt Eden
Get a bus or Uber to the base of this extinct volcanic cone. Walk to the top and see stunning views of Auckland for free! See the evidence of Pre-European settlement. Mt Eden was an important Maori Pa site. Mt Eden is a popular site to walk and visit for everyone.

✧ Visit the Auckland War Memorial Museum
The Auckland Museum has the largest collection of Maori artifacts, textiles, carvings to rival on Te Papa (Museum of New Zealand). There are also excellent exhibits of NZ flora and fauna perfect for the kids. Great on a wet day.

The Auckland Art Gallery has the best collection of Maori and Pakeha art and sculpture in the country. The collection of Goldies and Lindeurs are very popular for their academic portrayal of 19th-century Maori. There is also a large collection of modern art and photography to view.

Other things to note
✧ There is no breakfast included - perfect opportunity to sample Auckland's wonderful cafe scene.

✧ Please note that the apartment is on a wharf at the waterfront, where the cruise ships come and go, and they might park the cruise ships close to the apartment balcony, blocking some of the harbour view, but guests will still have city skyline view with Skytower from the balcony. Booking the apartment means that you have accepted this situation at your own risk and decision as we don't have control of when the cruise ships come and go.
Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.

- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).

- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.

- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.

- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

- Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.

- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.

- Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.

- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.

- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.
